Exceptional TV

The picture is incredible, especially when a 4K HDR feed is fed into it. Just stunning. And my cats have never been happier to watch 4K lil' birdie videos on it!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After in store comparisons with other TVs near its price range, and reading numerous online reviews, the Sony 55" XBR900E I chose has not disappointed. The bright display and deep blacks provide incredible detail without super saturation of colors, especially when viewing true 4K HDR videos. For wall mounting, I could only wish for a longer cord from the power brick to the TV, and a longer cord for the included IR blasters.

Quality only Sony can provide

After researching the ever popular Samsung models and comparing side by side, I came to the conclusion that Sony is superior in quality, while Samsung is just the leader in marketing. I have had at least one Sony in my home at all times for 30 plus years with the exception of an LG and a couple other cheaper off brand smaller TV's kept in various rooms. The 52" LCD Sony Bravia I purchased in 2007 still has an amazing picture and so does my 32" Sony. I bought this 55" to use with my Xbox One X and watching Netflix and other streaming programs. I love the Android TV features along with all the many other features too numerous to list. Navigation is easy enough once you explore and get used to it. The picture...unbelievable. Overall I give it 7 out of 5 stars, haha. Will soon replace the 52" LCD with a Sony 4k HDR 65".

I love how there is practically no border around the screen. The audio is good too; I have done nothing to boost or amplify it in any way. Very happy with this choice.
