I like many other prospect TV buyers had to make the choice, Samsung or Sony. I have gone with Samsung for the past two TVs I've purchased. I thought it was time for a change. I never had a problem with Samsung, however, I always felt Samsung used overly bright colors to make the picture look better than it actually was. I am no expert by any means, but my Sony TV looks absolutely incredible. I'm sure all modern TVs have incredible picture but my Sony TV just surpasses all my expectations. In my opinion, Samsung TVs really hurt my eyes when watching at night. I usually had to dim the light on the tv losing picture quality. I do not have to do that on my Sony. The picture is beautiful and does not burn my eyes with the light of a thousand suns. I hope this review helps. I'm happy I made the switch. I love this TV.

Wow what an awesome picture. I would highly recommend this Sony tv.

It was a toss up between the Sony 900E or the Samsung Q6. I bought the Q6, great picture, but it made a popping sound when I turned it off so I took it back to Best Buy. I decided to buy the Sony 900E and I'm glad I did. The picture is excellent, better than the Samsung Q6. I did like the remote on the Q6 (six buttons) but I'm use to the Sony's already; plus I use my Verizon Fios remote 99% of the time. I also like the fact that it still has component inputs on the back of the TV for older video games, camera's, etc. Some companies are getting away from the component inputs (Samsung). I also like the fact it has Chromecast built in so you cast from your phone. I did go on U-tube and found a 4K video and the picture was amazing. If you buy this TV I believe you'll really enjoy it.

Great smart TV, great picture, no complaints, and would recommend.

Picture is over the top. Continue to get comments on the vivid colors and the intensity of the picture - whether it is sports or movies! In a room with a lot of windows and still great during the day. Night display over the top!
