The picture quality is excellent. The sound quality is terrible. Even with the most average programming and the sound level at the max, it was difficult to hear. Very soon we bought, for $200.00, a sound bar. I don't think that a TV that sells on sale for a thousand dollars should require an additional purchase just to be heard.

Immediately I could see the difference. This TV had the color and clearness that I was hoping for. The picture is amazing with vivid color and clarity.

Lots of easy to use features. Great for casting, lots of apps, great picture. Had to buy a sound bar would be only add on needed.

I bought this Tv on sale and went back for another one for my parents. Sony makes an awesome product. This TV looks amazing for the cost and size.

This is my first 4K TV and I have to say I really enjoy this unit. Really great picture and the colors pop. If you put this on an entertainment center, the stand is extremely sturdy. Built in Android TV and Google Play really compliment the viewing experience.

Super nice, not difficult to set up. Just have to get adjusted to a more defined picture especially on high definition movies. But very pleased.

Purchased this for my daughter and her family for Christmas (early gift). They (we) all love it. Great picture, good contrast and no dead pixels.

OMG. This T.V. is the best. Picture quality is perfect,the colors glow and pop,the black colors are dark. Connecting to apps is a cinch with Android.

This TV has exceeded all of my expectations. The picture is incredible. I love having all of the apps right on the TV. The price was excellent.

The TV has great picture and a more true black than any other TV that I have seen, I would suggest a sound bar too to go with the great picture.

This Sony TV is great. The price was right and couldn't ask for better sales staff.

The 55” Sony is a very good TV for a 4K in this size. It clear, has lots of color and has full array lighting instead of edge lighting. It’s better than any Samsung under the Q8. Sony has vibrant and natural colors. The 4K movies look amazing up close.

The first time I saw this picture in the Best Buy store I knew I had found my next TV. My current TV had a black line down the middle. The TV seemed intuitive to me when I was setting it up. I did switch everything to the cable remote after the initial set up. I just ordered netflix so I need to set that up next. The color on the Sony is great, the TV is sleek and comes with a stand. I would recommend this. I did catch it on sale.

super easy to set up since I have a google account. The picture is excellent. The interface is easy to use. worlds above my older 1080 tv

I’m really impressed with this TV so far. The picture quality is excellent. It looks great in bright rooms and it’s pretty easy to setup.

Great picture. Able to use the CEC function to allow it to turn on and off with other home theater components. Not the best if you have to watch with daylight coming through a window opposite the screen.

I got this to replace my Samsung smart tv and initially i would have gotten an other Samsung but this one had all the inputs i needed. The menu is not that intuitive and the interface not very customizable. Once you get used to it is very functional. I liked the Android part of it. I was able to load the Kodi app and my Amazon prime and have a great selection of movies. The picture looks amazing especially when 4k is available
