Been going so far. Replaced a LG. Picture is more vibrant

I went in with the intent of buying a 2016 model that was on sale to make room for the newer models.the sales rep recommended this one because the picture quality was more accurate, and the load up speeds is quicker. Added bonus is its an Android TV. Highly recommended!

Good t.v. great picture sound quality okcould be better

the TV is exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. easy setup and had all the APPs that I wanted.

The picture is phenomenal for the price you pay. Also, the smart tv features make it super easy to use.

I bought this Smart 4K TV as a lifelong Sony fan, hoping it would satisfy my needs for years to come/not become outdated too quickly. Upon bringing it home, after already testing out a Vizio, I wasn't too impressed with the picture difference between both of them, nor did I find the "Smart" functionality too appealing as I play media (video, music, photos) off my external hard drive & I found the interface a bit cumbersome, not as primitive as the Vizio, but not so user friendly. It actually grabbed all my videos that I had placed neatly in folders on my hard drive & threw them all together in a dog pile, with no organization, I had Home Videos mixed with Movies, mixed with TV Shows & I just didn't appreciated all my hard work in put into organizing my hard drive down the tubes for years to come. Ultimately I wound up investing in a LG 6300 series TV & am much happier with the picture & user/media interface.

Had this television for 2 years and its been nothing but great since with 0 issues and beautiful picture, I really enjoy Sony build quality of the tv and the home screen navigation is top notch. Only compliant i would say i have about it is it does not have Dolby Vision, and that Sony decided not upgrade it through Firmware like they did with their higher class tvs from the 2018 year.

Fantastic picture quality, easy to set up, easy access to apps... I only have good things to say about this TV.

This television looks great and performs well. The smart TV features are a welcome addition. The only issue I have with it is that I've had to reset the TV in order to fix some of the chromecast issues.

I bought a new 55" Sony TV and it is really nice. It has a great picture and it has really vivid colors

This TV has an awesome picture! Was easy to set up and has plenty of ports to connect everything you need!

Pro's: Great Overall Picture Quality, with deep dark and contrast. Very good design, easy to assemble and use many options of a Smart TV. Reasonable sound quality with 20W. Price: Definitely Price at it offered for 55" (went to buy 49" ended up buying 55") Cons: Lagging:To play content from internet even at higher internet speeds. Hangs a bit: With the latest update had a little hanging issues at a regular basis, may be a bug Don't Know (Let me know how can i fix this issues ?) Movie trailers from Google Play tend to play automatically when navigated to settings in many instances. Remote could have been little smart for a smart TV of this nature, as voice search option only takes you to You tube content..

Beautiful picture great sound & lighter than expected

I went with this tv because it was highly rated on different sites. The picture is clear and it handles motion well. 4k content looks great on Netflix. I have not used the wi-fi but streaming is smooth with a direct connection. The standard tv speakers work decently but I have a sound bar and barely used the speakers on the tv. This is my 3rd Sony tv and I would highly recommend. I think it's the best in the price range and the best deal outside of OLED.

One of the best pictures at the right price, the live football mode brings out the best colors during a game

We went back and forth and shopped around for a month before settling on this tv. Even bought a different tv and returned it. We are very happy with this selection and would do it over again
