I was always a Samsung customer but after getting the opinion of several associates I then began researching from several websites viola I was converted to the Sony Bravia family

I've always purchased Sony TV's for the last several decades because of their consistently superior picture quality. This TV is no exception - and actually surpasses any I've had in the past. I considered repairing my old TV, but purchased this instead. Great decision - no regrets. It's amazing the quality & picture size one gets for the price. I HIGHLY recommend this model - it is a bargain for the quality & features!

Price performance and ease of installation made this a solid choice for my family. Having had a Sony TV for the past seven years that I loved made this an easier choice as well.

I like the 4K display but for some reason There's a delay when I press the remote and it takes sometimes 3-7 seconds for the tv to react to the button I press, if you have a lot of patience this product is for you. I may have to contact bestbuy about this if it continues.

This is one great TV. Sony makes great TV's, and this model is great for 4k HDR at a great price.

Originally bought the TCL p605 55" for $650. While it was a good tv, it just didn't have that "wow" factor to me when I first turned it on and watched some 4k content. I went back to best buy to look at the x900e that I really wanted and just watched it and mine back and forth for days. I decided to exchange my tcl for the x900e and I'm very satisfied I did. Only down side is I'm losing out on Dolby vision support.

Never had so many friends in my life-- just kidding- everything about this tv is spectacular !! My dog even thinks that the beach scenes on YOU Tube that the birds are alive.

4k, smart, hdr. this tv is great, had it for a while and no complaints

I have been overly impressed with this model of tv. I did a lot of research into the different brands and models on the market before I purchased and I feel I made a very wise choice. Picture is fantastic for tv, movies, and gaming. Xbox one looks fantastic on it. Just waiting to see the true 4K picture quality when the Xbox one X comes out in November. I would recommend this tv for anyone that loves a really good picture.

I bought a Vizio and it stopped working on the first day. I exchanged it for this tv and I'm very happy I did. This tv is great for everything 4K especially with the PS4 Pro.

Overall happy with the purchase. It replaced a 50" Samsung plasma. There are so many settings, it is a little overwhelming to get it the way I want it. I don't watch much live sports, but to get a good picture for sports you have to change the settings. I didn't have to think so much with the old tv.

The picture and sound are worth every penny spent to get this TV. The only issue is that the angle of viewing can make it look less colorful on the sides compared to the front of the TV

The picture on this TV is spectacular. The HDR Technology really brings out the realism!

I cannot express how pleased I am with this SONY TV. It's a long overdue upgrade for me and cannot say enough about the product. You have to experience it to understand.

This replaced a 2010 42" Panasonic Plasma TCP42s2. The new TV looks great, and Ive adjusted some settings but neither tv was calibrated. This one looks slightly better, I'm not sure in what ways though. The degree of "pop" is hard to gauge, over the old. I use it for streaming through Xbox. The big problem, and headache was with Best Buy. Just getting a normal receipt is a nightmare. The local store couldnt generate 1 since I ordered the TV online. I can't get a normal looking receipt online because I'd ordered, canceled then reordered and that messed their records all up. The local store says call the national BB, and national BB says call local.
