My replacement for my Sony Triatron 35” TV which I had for 19 years and service only once . I’m sold on Sony .

This TV has amazing blacks and colors, the 4k with a xbox one x looks fantastic. The android TV part is kind of slow and clunky but the TV itself is great.

This TV has an awesome picture and the contrast between blacks and white is so much better than our old Samsung TV. All the features are great. The only drawback is that you need a sound system as well because the speakers with the TV are not sufficient.

This is my first large screen LED TV. All I knew before I walked into my store was my budget and the brand I wanted (Sony). The Best Buy Assoc took his time and explained the reasons I was told Sony was the brand to buy. Within 20 minutes I had the Sony LED 55 inch TV I wanted. The picture is high quality! You can spend a lot more and get even a better picture...but why break the bank?

Has amazing color and volume is great also. Easy to use and set up was a breeze.

So sad when my plasma bit the dust. This Sony does not have quite the picture of the plasma but it is pretty darn close in my price range. There are many features that I have not yet explored. The only two reasons why I did not give a five star is the sound quality is not that great. My next purchase will be a sound bar. Also when using the 30 second skip button it takes about 2 seconds before the sound catches up to the picture (irritating but not life crushing). With it's thin profile and modern look it is very attractive in my living room. Over all this was a good purchase and I would highly recommend.

Was a bit expensive but great value. Picture quality surpassed all that I had looked at except for the OLED and QLED sets that were much more expensive. Built great, looks great and pretty decent sound. I have a separate sound system that I use when watching a movie or sporting event, but typically find the built in sound adequate for anything else. I love this set!

We had a nice LG 3D cinamotion tv but wanted to upgrade without shelling out thousands..but still have the nicest TV on the block. Not only did Best Buy have this TV for sale my huand I bought a certified open box saving even more money. So not only do we have the nicest TV in the block weren't broke either .. ps. This TV is definitely a gamer must have .. PlayStation4 pro's mom

had trouble with product at first, but it all got straightened out. The last tech agent from Geek Sq put it all right.works perfect now as it should.

Great picture quality and the price for the size of the TV was good too.

For the money (black Friday) don't think you can touch the picture quality. Also happy with the Android smart system. Just know that sound is poor and a sound bar is almost a requirement. Too bad the signal quality from COMCAST does not do the TV justice...so if you watch COMCAST don't go excessively big because the picture will not be very good at COMCAST's 720p quality.

Was looking for a great with HDR TV. amazing color and picture depth.

The picture quality - (specifically if the video is 4K) is incomparable with any other brand. I have seen same video in samsung/vizio and other TV of same category but with SONY it is a different experience. The depth effect (basically the 3D feeling) is different from other brands. I was expecting little better sound quality, but that is ok as you have option to use sound bar.

Got this TV in an offer and I never regret for buying the same... It's sleeker tv I ever had. 4k will immerse you into the content and make you feel the real WoWwww.. No one can beat SONY in quality, clarity and service.!!! If you are reading this review, don't worry. Not only this model, any model or any product from SONY will always be better and made to last longer..

This is a very nice TV for the buck. Great picture and easy to navigate.
