Very pleased with the quality of the picture. The integrated Netflix makes using very simple. Switching back and forth to cable easy enough an old man like me can do it. Google play intervention isn't as useful. Sound leaves a little to be desired. Somewhat difficult to hear when trying not to share with whole house. Overall very impressed...may need to get a sound bar.

It all started with home Wi-Fi issues, a call to Best Buy for an In-Home Advisor, resulting in a new TV, speakers, amplifier, & lastly, the modem & Wi-Fi. The TV was overkill, but I'm glad I made the purchase, as has a far superior picture than my old Visio. Everything is better, except for an issue with lip syncing audio, which I might be able to sort out.

I was unsure of what tv to get, I didn't even get to see this tv in action before I bought it. However, I am happy with my purchase now. I read online a lot about 4K tv's and it seemed like this was one of the best in the price range. Well, I'm glad I listened because I don't have regrets because I'm impressed with this tv for 4K movies and video games.

Overall the Sony X900E is an amazing TV for the money. Stunning picture quality and surprisingly good viewing angles for a VA panel. The only real issues arise from the poorly optimized smart TV interface and the below average quality of the onboard speakers. The audio can be fixed easily enough with a good inexpensive sound bar, but the interface issues seem to be here to stay. The apps are usable enough, but it can be very sluggish at times. Even with said issues I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for the best bang for the buck in the mid-range market.

This tv is awesome! Picture is outstanding. Only draw back is that there is a delay when using remote to television but that was told already in other reviews.

After about a year and a half of reading reviews and comparing different brands, models etc. We finally decided to purchase this Sony 55". We have always been pleased with other Sony products and decided to give this one a try. We haven't looked back and recently added a Sony 1080 Surround receiver. They really compliment each other. Would Highly recommend.
