Delivery men were pleasant and helpful. They answered my questions without hesitation They hauled my old and heavy TV away without any problems. After a pretty easy installation effort, the picture came up very crisp and has worked very well so far.

I have been using this TV for nearly a year as of posting this review and love it. 4k/HD was a massive updated of 1080p. TV performs well for gaming in game mode and has some of the shortest input lag for gamers. I have had 0 issues with this TV and would recommend it to anyone that wants a 4k/HDR experience.

Great tv with a lot of features. Built in chrome cast. Microphone in remote makes tv features easy to access and use.

Very happy with my new tv. Picture quality is excellent. Sound is good. It’s my first smart tv, but I’m finding it easy to negotiate. Just wish when there is a software update, it would say ‘sony’ in the box. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with xfinity before we figured out I needed the Sony remote to deal with it.

This is by far the best tv I have bought to date. The picture quality is far more superior to my old Vizio TV even though my Vizio was only was only 9 months old. The 4K Sony TV is the way to go and I should have bought this TV 9 months ago. This is definitely a top choice TV for those looking for great quality.

I got this TV on Black Friday and have loved it so far. I did a lot of research before purchasing and this seemed like the best bang for buck TV in the $1000 price range. I upgraded from a 2010 LCD Samsung and the difference is very noticable. The only downside is that the screws that plug the holes for a mount strip easily. I ended up have to use pliers to get one out which was rather frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a problem. I’d buy again and recommend to anyone looking for a great middle of the road TV.

Went in looking to buy a level down and after it was explained to me the difference and advantages of what i was now looking at it just made the purchase that much sweeter. I could not be happier and i must say this ty by far is better than any in it's class. I buy Sony all the time and it's worth every penny.

I’ve been a loyal Sony TVs owner for 11 years and always had a great experience with all of them. When the time came to change my TV for a newer version I decided without a doubt to buy Sony TV. The new smart TV is outstanding! The picture is crystal clear, the sound is great. Very pleased with the purchase.

I gave it 3 stars because of the glossy screen. I have purchased 4 Sony televisions over the years and one of the reasons for purchasing Sony was the non glossy matte picture screen. My living room has many windows and the non reflective matte screen was the way to go. However this new TV has a glossy screen and the glare from windows and inside lights is bad.

When using the remote control for this TV, there is a long delay in the TV recognizing the request. After the first update a screen kept popping up while I was playing my PS4 on HDMI 2 saying that fxnow quit working. I would not recommend buying this TV to anyone. The graphics are not any better then my other Sony TV that is 7 years old.

Replacing a 15 year old 300 lb flat screen tube TV. Saved over $200. Was about half the price of what I saw at The Little Guys. Great picture and has the smarts for all the latest stuff. Love that I can cast movies from my phone. Works with Google Home and Assistant. Wish I had gotten the 65". Maybe later.

I love this TV! It has a great picture. We don't have much 4K input but it up scales the input to a beautiful picture. I like the picture adjustments enabling me to customize to my preference. Netflix button on the remote brings it up quickly. I love the casting option as well. This is a quality television.

Works great for sports and the picture is great. Remote stopped working but was replaced for free. Good value for the price.

WOW!!❤ What a great watching experience! Everything is great on it. Added a wireless sound bar, too, and Game of Thrones will never be the same again. XBOX is now so clear. Oh, and for first time, saw a fly buzzing around Tom Berenger in Major League, an older movie - amazing! You won't regret this purchase!

So for reference, the last TV i bought was a 32” Vizio in 2013. Needless to say, I was absolutely blown away when I unboxed this thing and began watching. I have an Xbox One S and an Apple TV 4K as inputs and they both look incredible. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to get great value for $1000.

This is our first 4K TV so not much to compare it but really like it and it pairs well with other Sony products.

From the knowledgable staff to the great installation service, you have to give Best Buy credit. Job well done!
