We have had the tv about 1 1/2 months so the verdict is still out. The installation seemed to go fine and was not difficult working from the information with the tv. Picture and features were pretty much plug and play. Am happy with the purchase so far and would recommend it to others.

Not the best viewing angles but that's the only down side they should have a curved version of these

Purchased this tv a few weeks ago to replace an older plasma HG that had begun to pixelate. It has a nice picture and isn't too big for the room. I needed something that would be sat on a cabinet and not wall-mounted. And I was able to set it up myself thanks to the light weight.

We've had this TV for almost a year now and it has been a great TV, picture quality, especially on 4K content from Youtube and Netflix is amazing. I would advise using Cinema Home setting on Youtube, Netflix and online apps while Standard does great on cable TV.

The sony x900e was the best purchase I've made this year! This tv has a rich 4k picture that has plenty to offer packing all the apps and multiple ports to plug in all your devices. This tv is the upgrade to my sony bravia 55" and would highly recommend them over other brands.

i did extensive research when i was going to drop some major money on a tv. I spent hours at multiple best buys asking questions and using the tv functions. 900E has the best refresh rate in my opinion. a lot of people say the Android software is choppy but i have no issues at all.

My family and I had been looking for a TV that would fit all our needs and this one was perfect.

Colors are great. The HDR makes the picture look like a photo. The setup was easy and quick.I did not need to make any adjustments to the settings. Looking forward to the 4k channels when I get the upgraded satellite box.

I've had to contact Sony a couple of times to incorporate a sound bar but overall it's amazing!

You can go for it without any Doubt on the Quality. Thanks to the Bestbuy Thanks giving deal...

Great starting point for getting into a 4K tv. Looking forward to many hours with this new toy.

Love our new Sony 55 inch TV. Very bright colors and crisp, clear details. Only thing is the sound not the best.

Got this to replace an older tv just before the Super Bowl Game and house party. Great picture and lots of guest said how clear the picture was and how it filled the screen out to the very thin edges. I went on utube to find the best settings to set up the screen and picture.

I used my 4K Blue-ray player with it and the picture quality is superb. I tried different formats (4k, blue ray, DVD) and all of them were better quality than before. I tried the special 4k movies steaming on Netflix and the quality was amazing. I am pleased with it so far.

The Geek Squad delivered and set up our new tv and stand and service was courteous and prompt.

I ordered tv in Oct had install scheduled for Nov 11th. Never showed said they were overbooked

Service was great at the store and in my home. The TV has been wonderful and I have enjoyed.

Liked the TV but after a short time the TV stopped working. It was returned to Best Buy for a replacement which is now working fine. Can only give it 4 starts due to the above. However, I do recommend this TV and BB acted fast to replace the defective unit. Updates seem to change the viewing preferences (display format) so I would suggest you ask the installer/BB how to get to the appropriate screen to change the settings back to your liking - not difficult.
