Very happy with this purchase. Even in low or highlights and streaming some non HD's the picture quality is still impressive.

POOR REMOTE OPERATION

THE REMOTE CONTROL IS HORRIBLE EVEN AFTER SETTING THE RESPONSE TIME TO THE FASTEST SETTING IT IS STILL TOO SLUGGISH/SLOW AND WILL NOT ALWAYS ACCEPT THE THREE DIGIT CHANNEL CODE FOR OUR CABLE SERVICE. WE USE THE REMOTE FROM THE CABLE COMPANY FOR PROPER OPERATION. SONY CAN DO MUCH BETTER AND SHOULD RECALL AND ISSUE A BETTER REMOTE CONTROL.

Bought the bigger size screen for the living room. Specifically streaming Netflix in 4K and YouTube. Liked it so much went back in a couple of days and another 48 for the bedroom.

Apprantely a panel was broken. Replaced. I loved the TV show much that I bought it again. so far its been 1 month and running fine.

First off, great picture, with excellent blacks, and vivid colors. Easy setup. No problem with Android OS, as some have reported. Would definitely recommend.

A Great Sony TV

I still like Samsung's hovering mouse style remote better than Sony's buttons remote. All in all a wonderful Sony Bravia 55-inch TV.

Excellent picture and sound for our needs. We still have to figure out how all of the Smart features work but so far we are happy with our purchase.

Average sound but that is normal for these thin TVs...it's almost a requirement to hook them up to a sound bar at a minimum.
