Excellent picture quality, Android TV is really good, if a bit overwhelming (lots of menu icons). Out of the box, the picture looks really nice but can be amazing with some calibration tweaks. Very happy with the purchase.

Love our new Sony 65 inch television! We bought in time for the NFL playoffs & have enjoyed it since. NCAA March Madness was so good on the big screen. Set up was relatively simple so we did it on our own. Bigger is better!

Great tv. It’s very simple to set up. The only downfall is that it refuses to pick up the local fox station and I can’t find any way of adding manually.

Beware of these TVs. They look great at first but after several months they go bad. By buying Sony TVs you are playing a panel lottery hoping to get a decent model that actually passed inspection. I went through 2 of them in last 9 months and now Sony won’t even accept another exchange and worse tells me that based on photos I sent in this is a normal operation of the TV and acceptable. Very poor product with poor customer service. The TVs you see in stores are not random and usually have best panels showing dynamic photo but ones you purchase when you take them home after about 3-6 months they start going bad. I called Sony, escalated it and even spoke to Managers and they all claim that TV is working fine. Still within warranty and they won’t even acknowledge the issue. It was a hassle to deal with the first exchange and even then they gave me a new comparable product that lost features the first TV had. Now looks like I’m out $1400. Don’t let this happen to you. Sony has my records and my E ticket is E66105942. Poor product with poor customer service.

We love this tv only issue we had is that it would blink red and turn off on its own. This started 15 days after we purchased it! Thankfully Sony was able to share screen and fix it remotely. We haven’t had a problem since.

Love the TV and the staff at Best Buy were extremently helpful.

This TV is a best buy in my opinion. The sale price made it very affordable and the clarity and detail is great! I like to watch hockey and it looks great on this TV and so do all of the movies that my family enjoys watching.

Like I said awesome TV, took about an hour for the firmware to upgrade on the tv then after that I enjoyed a crystal clear picture. Couple this tv with the playstation 4 pro and it brings gaming to a whole new level. BUY THIS TV!!!

Great picture and really like all the features. Has its own Android connection to the network. Able to stream movies. Able to play games on it. Like the large screen. I would recommend this TV to anybody.

I can't give techie details because I'm not techie. I'll keep it simple, picture is clear whether watching native 4K content (Netflix) or less. The 4K content is amazing. So, as a tv it's well worth it. I've used Roku smart applications since v.1, the android tv has a long way to go in stability and usability in my opinion. I went back to using the newest Roku. Great tv otherwise.

Received this television as a replacement for our previous tv that was still under the extended warranty when the main panel died. Extended warranty was worth every penny. Very happy with this TV. Colors and clarity are exceptional!

Love this TV. It has a great picture, and sleek design. We have purchased 3 other LG's that have all gone out in the 4 years that we still have our other Sony. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money right from the get go.

After 2 years using, I still feel like X900E is one of the best LED 4k devices you can get on the market. However, if you want to play the 4K HDR mkv, you need to get a Nvidia shield to support.

The picture is unbelievable. It seems like the actors are real, doing a play instead of a TV show in my living room.. The first night I watched, I was watching Casino Royale, and the action was so life-like, it freaked me out.

Geek squad did a great job mounting the tv. No issues so far.
