    I have to reset the tv at least once a day.

    This is by far the worst tv I've ever used. At least once a day (often 2-3 times) the tv becomes completely unresponsive. I've made sure I'm on the latest update and hardwired in. Not even the buttons on the tv will work. I've tried every different variation of resetting the remote and still nothing. The only thing that works is unplugging it for a minute or 2 and plugging it back in. Ive had the tv for about 3 months now, the first few weeks it had an issue every few days. It was annoying but manageable now it's to the point I don't even want to watch tv anymore. If I could still return it and get anything other than a sony I would.

    Screen doesn't fit framing well, cracks easy

    The screen of the TV is not reliably cut to fit the black metal framing of the unit. After dismounting our TV and placing in a lower-to-th-ground entertainment center, we noticed the screen was outside of the metal frame in the middle convexed in an outward bend, revealing blue light in its rim. We attempted to apply pressure to the screen from the outside-in to get the screen under the framing, and the screen is very sensitive so it cracked in both of those places. To add more salt to our situation, the warranty we purchased with Sony did not cover the screen damage because they have a Plus version of their protect plan that covers that, specifically. When we went to GeekSquad and Best Buy about it, they refused to repair or accept us onboarding for Geek Squad Protection or Total Tech repair because it was still under warranty. We were hit with an Oroboros effect that sucked. We're only grateful that Best Buy helped us find another TV we could purchase to replace it. Beyond that though, it was a bad experience and it's a weak TV. Would not recommend it based on its screen fit and the framing of the TV.

    Skip to your net model or Brand I would like to be able to recommend the TV but it has too many glitches and the frame in the actual tv is huge compared to the nice picture. Android TV is slow and full of glitches. The Remote is huge out of touch The Wifi is very slow

    This TV is not any better than the one I sent back. I has very few inputs and makes it impossible to connect my CD/DVD player to the TV because of the lack of possible inputs. I will never buy another item from BESTBUY. I am not even sure you have the right to call your Store that name. I would call it WorstBuy!

    55” Sony Bravia - stay away

    Sony Bravia after programming channels several days later some channels disappear followed by more And more, when you try auto program it will only list 10-12 of the previous 157 channels. To get them back you have to do a factory reset and then put all your passwords back in your apps. Would return but past return date. Very time consuming and annoying process every Couple days, wont get another one after dealing with this. Sony tech support just says they are aware of it but no solutions.

    Certified New Not So Much

    Purchased an open item certified new X750H on 1/15/2021. Had to return it on 1/18/2021 as the tv was clearly defective and Best Buy should have known this. The tv setup just fine but would turn itself off and would not turn back on via the remote control. Had to unplug the unit from the power source, plug it back in and that was the only way to get the tv to power back on. Once it powered back on was forced to sit through the entire setup process again as if plugging the unit in for the very first time. Boxed it back up and returned it to the store. Of course they didn’t have the same model in stock, purchased the next model up. $200+ more plus two days of my time wasted. Be careful with open box - my first time, never again!

    Contacted Best Buy letting them know the picture has green dots and lines and they said it is out of return (during COVID) and was told I am pretty much SOL because I didnt purchase the extended warranty.     TV not installed yet due to Geek Squad scheduling

    I purchased my tv and related items in mid August. First date for installation I could get through Geek Squad was Sept 2. The installer on Sept 2 advised that I had the wrong wall mount for my wall and he could not continue with the installation. I purchased the correct wall mount that day. By then I could not get any date for installation earlier than Sept. 28. Every BB employee I spoke to did their best to get me an earlier date but were unable to do so because of the scheduling program. Disappointing that I have to wait over a month to enjoy my new TV.

    If you only want a web TV, this may meet your needs. I like local TV too and I'd rate the Bravia a zero on this capability. The Android controls are glitchy, unreliable and often just don't work at all. My Sharp Roku TV, which is more than one floor level from my WiFi node is a much more reliable system with very few problems. I paid a higher price thinking Sony offered better quality, but it doesn't deliver even reasonable quality

    one of the worst products from Sony , I have been buying Sony products all my life , bought this 1 year and 2 months ago, Red lines started appearing on the display Contacted Best Buy - they said they can't do anything about it since I do not have any extended warranty plan Contacted Sony - They said they can't do anything about it since it is Out of Warranty ( just 2 months Out of Warranty) trust in buying a Sony TV is gone - waste of money

    After a few weeks of using, the screen will not stay on. It flashes every 10 seconds for about 3 seconds. I like the TV but can't live with the defect. Thank goodness TV failed before my 30 days to return product expired.

    This TV sucks. The remote doesn’t even open apps. Don’t buy this TV. I was talked into it by the staff and the terrible SONY rep they had on the sales floor that day. I felt buyer’s remorse immediately as they were celebrating I bought one of the remaining lemons they would soon be discounting to get get off the floor. What a joke. Now I can’t return it. I’m going to cancel my member shop and card with this company.
