    This is the worst TV I have ever owned. It is constantly crashing. I have to do hard resets multiple times a week.

    People love the saturation but I think it’s too much. Maybe I’m just a little too Samsung bias. I took it back and got a basic Samsung 4K. Love it. I still recommend the tv but just my style

    We have been loyal Best Buy customers for a long time. We bought this TV about a month ago. The TV itself is great. Best Buy did not live up to the standards we've come to expect. With the virus shut down, they have no real provision for answering questions except posting them on the website. As a result, this TV failed to meet out expectations in several important ways. First, this TV is not compatible with Apple TV Live. That required another purchase of a $400 Apple TV box. Second, our Bose Surround Sound doesn't work with it. The Geek Squad tech who installed the TV (another $150) assured me buying an optical cable would take care of the problem. After still another purchase, it didn't.

      Hi JVance2644, Thank you for choosing and purchasing our X750H 4K TV.

      Currently, the X750H do not support Apple TV app support. Our other H series TV do not currently support Apple TV app on the TV, however from X800H and above, we have Airplay2 compatibility. So you can cast your apple tv app from your phone or tablet and watch it that way.

      And with regards to your soundbar concern, we would like to know more about this so we can provide the troubleshooting steps to resolve this matter.

    Bad motion issues.

    When the TV’s working properly, it’s beautiful but its motion issues bring it down big time. TV definitely has a bad stutter issue when slow panning during movies/sitcoms, on all devices. I even sent a video of the issue to Sony and they claimed its working fine. I definitely do not recommend this TV, spend a few more bucks and buy something better.

      On the supplied TV remote, press the HOME button.

      Select Gear settings icon

      Under the TV category, select Picture & Display or Display & Sound.

      Select Picture adjustments.

      Select Advanced settings.

      Select Motion.

      If your TV has CineMotion setting, set it to Low or Off.

      Select Motionflow.

      Select Off.



      And please make sure that the Firmware version of the TV is up to date.
