I upgraded my 2 year old TV that went bad to this Sony. Picture is outstanding and since I stream this TV has a way better picture than my last one. The only weird thing about it and why not 5 stars is the USB ports do not turn off until 10 min. after turning TV off, then will turn on and off. So now my Roku turns on and off since it is powered through the USB port. Why Sony did this I have no idea or anyone else on the Internet. Even with this, I highly recommend this TV!

I recently purchased and had installed and working in minutes. Great quality for the money. Like the sound and Smart TV options for streaming.

I researched TVs for several months. Before purchasing the Sony 4K 55 in UHD . I have been very pleased with the performance and the color.

This TV was fairly easy to set up. It was also pretty simple to understand the operating system of this TV. The TV picture is very clear

Purchased this tv on Black Friday and got a great deal! Great picture and ease of use! We have always leaned towards Sony TVs.

This is the third Sony 4K TV we have purchased and just like the other two, the picture on this TV is sharp. Bought this one on sale so it was nice to save a few hundred on a TV that I already knew was going to exceed our expectations for picture quality. The sound on this TV meets our needs as well. Not crazy about the smart TV implementation - but seems you can't really purchase one without "smart" features these days. We use  TV as we like that experience much better. I'd buy this tv again and would recommend it to others.

I was impressed at the service and counsel Best Buy sales representatives provided. I indicated I wanted a TV and asked their opinion which was the best value. They asked me several questions such as did I do streaming, watch mostly sports, did gaming and exactly what was important to me. They pointed me to the Sony and indicated they had the least issues or complaints with Sony products. Obviously, Sony had reduced the price of this model to make room for the 900 series. I have had nearly a month and am very satisfied.

So far the best tv I have had. The quality picture, color, and sound is the best compared to other samsung and vizio's i've had.

Bought it for our bedroom along with sony 2.1 channel 320 W sound bar. The picture quality is great. The colors are bright.

We really love our new Sony Smart TV. It's picture is sharp and the color is beautiful.

We purchased this to replace another Sony TV. The picture quality is much improved from the last one. It is so good that a lot of TV seems to be like a home movie. The resolution is such that it seems as though you are looking at a real event.

Good picture, easy use, stack sound ain't bad either. Only problem is TV channel changing...the TV can't keep up with channel up/down button pushes lags behind. Smart TV features are great though

This is an amazing TV, the picture is so crisp and clear, it was super easy to install, and the price was amazing!

I had a Sony Bravia 40" for ten years and it still worked good, just decided to upgrade to a 55", am I glad I did, I just thought the picture was clear on my old HD, but this far surpasses it. My only problem is now I want a new one for my man cave. Watching an older HDTV is disappointing now, Sales guys were great, they had the 55" still at the black Friday price three days after BF. No lines, no chaos and I got the same tv those people bought for the same price.
