I am very well pleased with this tv! It has so many features that I am still learning them. It has a a great picture, sound quality, crisp vibrant colors and it's pretty easy to setup. Follow the prompts, click and go!! Love it.

After frustration with Samsung products of recent years (not just consumer electronics), we decided to give Sony a go. As a leader in digital imaging, it only makes sense that their consumer television products would be good. The X800H is a great balance between cost and performance, and sits in the crowded middle between the more prolific entry-level 55" tvs and the upper end of LED (and low end now of OLED) tvs that jump over $1K in price. Great picture quality, our first HDR display, and with the right source it really shows off. While I prefer ROKUs app platform, the content apps on this tv work well, and little things, like autosensing inputs, add up to a very nice tv. Highly recommended.

Beautiful color on this television! It is easy to use. The remote is easy to use. Haven't used all features yet but will soon. It was easy to put together, very few tools needed, a screw driver.

Great picture! Only downside is it is not 120hz. Wish this could have been included in a firmware update but can't be disappointed with the colors. Looks great with HDR and Dolby Vision. Games look phenomenal.

Best picture I have seen on a screen. You should see what a 4K DVD player looks like when connected to it.

Great picture, easy to program and add Sonus Sound Bar. Mounting equipment worked well and training the remotes was simple and straight forward.

Amazing color reproduction. I would put this Sony up against any of the OLEDs for picture quality. Blacks are a bit blacker with an OLED, but that can distort the actual picture reproduction, and a high quality LED will often cost less and look better. This Sony is a great case in point. Really nice imagery and you can view it from all angles. It's bright and the Android OS is another key reason to buy. It plays HBO Max, DisneyPlus and all the main streaming channels (unlike LG). Check the LG carefully, we prefer Sony for now.

Coming from a 5 year old 55 inch lg tv, I think this was a good choice for the type of usage I wanted in a tv. I studied along time before this purchase. Money is important to me so I waited , but then my lg stopped working all of the sudden. The 4 k display is so much better when streaming from Prime or Netflix. First time I’ve seen a true 4K movie as the lg was 1080. Although the blacks are weaker due to the Ips panel it’s not too noticeable as I always watch with a light on. I don’t like a completely dark room when watching tv. The processing speed is so much faster as technology has improved so much over the 5 year period. Everything loads lightning fast. Sound is good, I do have a sound bar as well. The panel gets so bright in comparison as well. Adjusted picture settings as suggested by rtings.com and I think the picture is great. Thanks Sony for a great tv!

I love how easy it was to set up. It’s very easy to use Netflix and Amazon firestick. The picture is great and has really deep black levels.

I absolutely love my new Sony Tv! It is lightweight and easy to set up. Connecting to my network and other components was simple and fast. It works seamlessly with my new Sony soundbar, and it’s so convenient having the buttons for Netflix on the remote and being able to access other apps so quickly. I should have bought this a long time ago. It makes watching tv very enjoyable. Also love being able to stream anything from my phone - including photos. I would recommend this tv to anyone.

Bright and clear picture. Excellent color. Minimalist design, very thin bezel. Easy setup and loaded with features.

I'm your average TV viewer (Netflix, YouTubeTV, HBO). I'm not a gamer. The picture is crisp and all colors pop for me. The 55" size is good for my 12 x 12 family room. I like the simple stand that is easy to clean around and looks clean and nice. The Android TV feature is what led me to this model. It's easy to set up and I can easily maneuver from my various streaming services. The remote seems to have more buttons than are really necessary, but it's still easy to use.

We purchased this tv during the COVID 19 quarantine to be able to watch tv outside on our patio where there is no cable connection. We are very pleased. Not only does it have a beautiful picture and decent sound but it is easy to set up and gives you many option for apps and internet stations. We have an older version of this set also and it is not nearly as Intuitive. Recommend it highly.

Beautiful TV at a good price. Clear, crisp, clean and vibrant colors. This Sony unit performs and pleases. Once a Samsung girl, I opted for another Sony TV about 4 years ago when my less than a year old Samsung went black on me. Sony has not disappointed. Needed to replace another Samsung in my bedroom and decided I better stick with Sony since none of my Samsung products lasts very long. No longer disappointed, I can now catch my favorite shows and feel like I'm up close and personal with what I'm viewing. Thank you Sony!

If you're looking for something that isn't the most cutting-edge (read: high-end price) but provides 4K and streaming capability, this is a good option. Great picture, easy set-up, lots of features and apps. Seamless connection/integration with set-top box, BD player, wi-fi, and streaming apps. Terrific picture on multiple sources (4K, HD, and SD). Sound is OK as well; sound bar would be a beneficial add-on if you desire, but it's not necessary.

Purchased this TV after returning a TCL. The Sony is better in every aspect except the menu navigation. There’s an extra step when wanting to go directly to a channel from the guide. Sound is excellent. I purchased a 3.1 sound bar to go with this tv. It’s really not needed but I needed to cover a hole up with a sound bar that was removed previously on a built in. Screen is very clear and viewable from every angle. Happy with this TV

This television has superb picture quality and was super easy to set up. Granted I have not owned this model for very long, I am still pleased with my purchase. I also want to thank my Best Buy expert on assisting me with what I was looking for and the value of its worth.

In general I've been happy with the TV. This one replaced a slightly smaller Sony & I've never been disappointed with Sony products (can't say the same about Samsung). The operation of this one with my Directv box/controller is somewhat different than the old, but after I figured it out (actually stumbled upon how to get it to work), it's been OK. It's nice to have Android capability and streaming access directly via the TV remote. However, Bluetooth functionality does not work with my V4.1/A2DP1.2 compatible headphones. Not a deal breaker but an annoyance. BB was no help. They wanted to send the Geek Squad out at mucho $$ to tell me it doesn't work. Or, I could buy an adapter that plugs into the TV & connects to the headphones via Bluetooth. Let me get this straight - I should buy an adapter that connects the TV to my headphones via Bluetooth to replace the supposed Bluetooth connection between the TV and my headphones. Hmmm - no thanks. I wonder to which Bluetooth devices the TV does connect. It certainly doesn't connect to my headphones and speakers I've tried.
