The tv is great. I am happy with both my Sony TVs only wished they were more iPhone compatible lol. Either way still works and looks great. Easy set up. I do recommend setting up the picture yourself or ask a professional so your watching the tv in the best quality especially for 4K viewers.

Great TV other than needing a software update in less than a month after purchasing. TV cut off while watching several times. Called Sony 2 times. First time we reset something in the settings menu that didn’t work. The 2nd time we updated the software and it fixed the problem. It’s been fine for 2 months. Love the TV otherwise. Great picture and sound. So easy to set up compared to older models. Doesn’t need anything but the HDMI cord and WiFi. Love that we eliminated several cords.

Excellent picture. Easy to set up. However, there is a clicking sound that comes from the TV every few minutes. Not sure where it comes from, but it is annoying since it is loud when the TV is off. I noticed in the reviews, others have had this same problem. Don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact that it’s hooked up to a 10-year-old Panasonic Surround Sound System or not. Will contact Best Buy where I purchased the TV after the holidays.

I'm no A/V expert, but we've had our new TV for about a month and really enjoying it. Decided it was time to upgrade our 37" Sony purchased in 2010 (which was almost the same price then as this 55" now), stayed with Sony since the last one was so dependable. It was pretty good picture straight out of the box, but did turn to Google for assistance in some slight tweaking to even out the "soap opera effect" and have been very happy with the viewing since then. It's wall-mounted across from some east-facing windows. It's very rare that we turn the TV on in the mornings, but we did put on a morning movie for the kids this last weekend with sub-zero temps keeping us inside, and it did a great job displaying over the glare of that morning sunlight. There's a slight delay in the TV connecting to our wi-fi when it powers up, but that could as easily be our network as the TV's fault. Once it's connected, streaming is solid. I'm sure that some of the cheaper brands out there will perform just as well, but we've been so happy with the last Sony that it was hard not to repeat, even if it was a little bit more. For what it's worth, we got a smaller Best Buy/Amazon Fire brand TV for our home gym and the picture is a noticeable difference in quality.

Great value for the size & price range. 4K picture is great. One of the biggest differentiating features is the quality of the picture from ALL angles (even from the side) being great. Some other brands had distortion near the edges and from non direct viewing angles. Setup was quite easy. Sony is the best value in this price range.

This is our first smart TV, so far so good. We went bigger on the screen size. Decided on this model over the Samsung, as the picture seemed better. This TV was fairly easy to set up especially for someone not tech savvy. The picture is great and I was able to adjust it to our liking. Just wish it had the Spectrum app on it.

Love it! Much easier to navigate than I anticipated. Very glad we used GEEK squad to set up and program. Picture is great, size is perfect for our space. We previously had a Sony Bravia, smaller size. From our experience we would only purchase Sony Bravia TVs. They are of exceptional quality and outlast other brands.

I had a 9 year old Sony - 46 inches. It was starting to go so bought this one on sale. It's always nice to have a newer TV. The picture and sound are great. It's a smart TV which is also wonderful. The installation crew got it installed, set up and gave us instructions on use in a short amount of time.

Easy to use and easier to set up. Sony has always been one of my favorite brands. High quality picture and sound and really light so it was easy to hang on the wall.

We were placing this TV above our fireplace and I wanted a slim profile without the price of an OLED. The first TV we brought home was a LG 60" but it was too large for the space. The next TV we brought home was a LG Nano 9 Series that ended up having a crack in the screen. While the profile was thicker than desired, it looked great once we hung it. No regrets going back to a Sony and we were glad that nothing else seemed to work out. We love the quality of the picture and sound, great for our space. This was for our everyday viewing room, not our cinema room and was right the mix for our needs. Also, greatly appreciate all of the precautions that Best Buy has put into place during the pandemic to safeguard their employees. Your actions have ensured that we will remain loyal customers and have earned our business.

The TV had a great picture and was easy to set up and use. One of the reasons we were shopping for a new TV was because of the buffering of our old one. This one buffered also, so we took it back. Figured out it was the service we used and not the TV. Will most likely get another Sony soon.

Wonderful TV for the money spent. Comes with all the necessary Apps, Disney+, BET+, and works AWESOME with my Apple HomeKit...The sound with no sound bar is awesome as well. I love being able to speak into the remote and have the TV connect with my Google Assistant...Definitely with the buy

TV is great. The main issue is the size of the unit, it has two inferior mounting legs. They want you to chain this to the mounting surface. No more single mounting post. Plus the remote could be laid out better. Print small and instructions are weak. NOTE: picture is great!

Love this tv - picture is absolutely amazing - cant comment on the sound (bought a sound system with it). Only complaint is if you are using the legs they are really wide and the packaging is pretty cumbersome for no reason. But love the picture quality.
