I am so impressed and happy with my replacement TV choice. First time Sony tv owner. The only thing Sony didn't do well with this TV is the sound. Will definitely have to invest in a sound bar at some point. Still not impressed with Android app service. Missing Frndly tv app, Apple TV app, Beachbody streaming app, and a few others. I enjoyed Samsung's Tizen interface better. The "home" screen for Android looks cheap, IMO. Best Buy store members and delivery personnel were on point and great to work with. Very friendly. Buy the tv warranty with them..

The 55" X800H seemed to be the sweet spot of price and performance. I mainly use this TV for console gaming and streaming video. - Love the Google smart TV interface. Very responsive and intuitive - Gorgeous Picture: I'm not an obsessive audio/videophile, but this TV is 10 out of 10 as far as the picture goes for XBox/Playstation gaming and Streaming Video - Love the Sony Remote - Sufficient number HDMI of inputs for multiple devices

Have not had any motion blur on my XBOX, PS4 or watching sports. TV needed little adjustment after set up. Most of the factory settings pretty much are good for my viewing. TV even makes my older console games look really good. I also connected a Sony receiver to this set and they work flawlessly together. Great TV, very happy with the picture quality.

Easy to use. Easy to put together (however see below) Android system & apps work well Only one issue: Beware of the unboxing directions It's a generic illustrated guide that DOES NOT accurately indicate all the parts. You might think that SONY did not include all the necessary screws & parts There are steps in the guide that do not exist with this higher end TV Almost all have to do with the assembly of the base

I did set up a few apps on the Android system, and the only problem I had was that I couldn't find a good video call app that would use the external USB camera I bought for that purpose. If you're a serious audiophile you might want external speakers, but the sound is as good as I've heard from any builtin speakers

I wish the Prime Video app supported 4k natively with out a fire stick, it is on Amazon not Sony. The Android TV experience is emmersive plus HDMI 2.1 certified for the PS5 this year. Dolby vision is a great feature and auto adjust picture dependent on the movie settings for 4k not all 4k movies feature vision.
