Purchased this tv for a disabled person who just loves to watch tv. Replacing a 40in Vizio. Also purchased a Sony soundbar. Came with a universal remote and Alexa echo. You can speak to Alexa or use the remote. Works great. Beautiful picture. Great sound. Connects to wifi. Has many apps, no need for a streaming device.

Easy to use. Good picture and has a nice sleek look.

Fantastic tv! I like it much better than the OLED's and the QLED's. The color is superb, a 100% better picture quality than my previous one. The sound is great without having to get a separate sound system. The owner's manual could have been a little better. It took a pair of 7x reading glasses to see the print.

Clarity and resolution live up to the ads. I'm very happy with the TV. Sound from the TV speakers is good. I'm not using a sound bar or auxiliary speakers and I'm happy with what I'm hearing.

Yes, OLED may be better but I don't know if difference is worth it. OK this TV is pricey compared to others. Sony's chips make for an amazing picture with great blacks/contrast, even from OTA channels. Android TV works fine; you can always just plug in a Roku. No issues and easy set up.

I watched demonstration and there tv look like out a window or 3D I purchase bring home set it up, I stream on Hulu so don’t know if that is the difference but not the same quality they were getting. I called tech support and we made some changes but still not as good as in showroom. They must be running a super 3D HDR program or something may ask if you want to purchase just to let you know what I have.

Have had our new t.v. for a week. We love the screen size for the room. The picture is awesome. It is colorful and sharp. We are pleased with the product. Also I would like to commend the sales rep at Best Buy. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our purchase. Well done Best Buy!

Great picture a 4 K TV can provide. My last TV was a Samsung which crapped out after several years, and one thing disappointing about it was the cheap remote quality. I’ve had Sony’s before and one thing consistant has been the build quality and dependability. Looks like I’ll be sticking with Sony for awhile.

I am very pleased with my purchase and have enjoyed watching the TV. This purchase was a big step for me but so worth it. The only glitch I have had so far is the communication between the Satellite/TV/Sound bar and the issue is resolved by turning the components (TV/Sound Bar) off and on.

I bought this TV because I wanted a larger one. But I had no idea the quality would be so much better than the one I had. The picture is almost 3D. The controls and operation are simple.

This sony tv is incredible. I have two Samsung 7 series and thought they were really good and they are but not in the same league as the sony. Best buys service was excellent. The salesman told me about the sony when I was looking to buy a Samsung and I am so glad he did. Thank you best buy.

Amazing realistic picture! The detail is unbelievable. The visual and sound settings are easy to use for adjusting about anything you're watching... same with bluetooth. Scary watching the huge facial flaws up-close of news anchors.. that's how clear the picture of this TV is.

We bought this TV for streaming, and the picture quality is incredible - very bright with detail that looks as sharp and clear as a professional photo print enlargement. The difference in picture quality with 4K & UHD is at least as great as the change from Standard Definition to HD was !

The Sony 55” X950G has produced an excellent picture from cable, over the air and DVD sources. I just connected my Laser Disc player to it using the Insigna RCA-to-HDMI converter. Color and B&W images from the LD player look very good on the TV. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.

Picture is incredible. Features take a while to figure out. Really happy with the purchase. Only tricky thing is getting the feet screwed in under the screen. The screen is heavy and there is not much room to see where to put the screws in for the feet. All in all, very happy.

I love this TV the boost to the graphics in streaming mode is almost effortless 4k. Easy to control with your phone(android) or the voice activated remote. I still wanna see more sound control software with my sound system. Everything else about this product is amazing in every way and the absolute reason I will only be purchasing Sony TV's from now on.

This tv is awesome faster then the older version my brother had. Quality is good and aound is good as well. The only downside is when people talk somehow you need to increase the volume to hear.

I am completely satisfied with this TV. I wanted something better for hockey playoffs, and I am so glad I got it! It was easy to set up and is loaded with features. The picture is stunning. Definitely needs a separate sound system, which is fine with me. I wasn’t expecting great sound.
