As for this one, the picture is great but have had other issues. First one we had, we would lose sound at random, whether it was connected to the soundbar or even through the internal speakers. Returned that one and now on the second one, it hasn't lasted as long as the first. We now have issues with the apps, mainly Hulu Live. It is like watching Groundhog Day, over and over and over and over and over!!! Now returning it and switching to a Samsung Q80, just waiting on it to be delivered. Sony has probably lost me as a customer from here on.

Hooked up to my Comcast feed it up converts to 4k and the picture is mesmerizing, 4k streaming from Amazon Prime is great but the difference between the two is hard to discern. I've been watching standard DVD's (thanks Netflix for pulling PLL from your content) and the up convert of 720 makes it look like it could have been on Blueray. Unless you want to go to OLED, and deal with the potential burn in problem, you will not find a better tv than this one.

Nate and Angel were great and helped problem solve and get everything set. They explained all to me, so I could learn how to problem solve myself when possible. Nate was outstanding. Angel was a good helper. an aside In the store, everything was great except the person helping me purchase my product and check out started talking to another customer and engaging this person. I recommend that the agent stay focused on the customer he/she is helping. You have agents with specific expertise assigned to specific areas, which is great.

Only way around this is to move to an OLED though which is quite a bit more expensive
