Returned tv and the new tv same model is working better but still has intermittent sound issues and app issues. Hard resetting the device fixes them on the tv number 2. Tv number 1 failed no matter what. Issues happen a couple times a week

The guys at the Strongsville store are great with a shout out to Jason. The really were informative and were able to tell me about each model in the sore. In the end, always had a Sony and never been disappointed and the same came be said of this one.
