The service is always great and you can always get your questions answered. There is always a sale going on and you can always find just what you want and need. I will be back.

Sony has the quality we like. We wanted the TV version to assist with fast motion, like when watching sporting events and F1 auto racing. You lose a tiny bit of sharpness, but it's better for moving objects. Best trade off for what we watch the most.

Netflix error sony 55x950g

I initially loved the TV and really like the Netflix App wonderful picture and sound. But the Netflix app stop working. I talked to Sony for hours on tech support (up to tier 3), they said I need to talk to Netflix, I called Netflix they said it was a Sony hardware problem. I have attached a picture of the error!

Thank you for highlighting this issue. Sony worked with Netflix to address the issue and it should be resolved already. If you are still seeing the error, please try exiting and re-launching the app.

Very pleased with everything. The most recent purchase was a Sony TV, sound bar and a Boes radio CD player. Very happy with everything. Jonathan Singleton from the Geek Squad was great. He did a great Job installing the TV and sound bar. He is a very nice young man.
