I initially considered OLED but they did not have any in the store. Geek Squad technicians raved about the X950G, stating that the processor was far superior to Samsung and LG. When I brought the TV home, I was initially impressed with the picture though at night-time viewing, the backlight blooming was horrendous. So excessive that it would wash out large portions of the screen during darker scenes. I ended up returning the TV, thinking that this was perhaps just a bad panel . Unfortunately the second TV was, if anything, worse than the first. I elected to return the TV and switch to an OLED with the competing brand and I’m extremely pleased with the picture quality and motion processing. I’m not sure why Best Buy Geek squad is so adamant with pushing Sony TVs but it is quite clear that they are drinking that Kool-Aid.

Excellent picture quality in ultra HD-Netflix, etc. 3. Decent sound 4. Really frustrating as connection to FiOS drops often and have to reboot 5. Have four year old Samsungs that do not have the same FiOS connection problem 6. Overall value - since price is higher - less satisfied than expected

Wanted an OLED, but had concerns about screen burn in with video games. Knew it would be cheaper when black Friday came, but no biggy. Like it enough, I bought the 65 inch for the basement later.

TV’s were hard to find. I ordered online from Best Buy and the service was excellent. Delivered right to my house at the exact time they stated. I was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was. And am very happy with the quality.

Overall good product

The store clerk did not tell me u would need this item. Upon calling the store to buy the item I was told they did not carry that specific cable. I would think you would carry accessories needed for the product you’re selling.

Not what I thought

I was so impressed with my television when I decided to go bigger I decided to up grade to a 55 950G. BIG MISTAKE!!! I'm so used to the great picture that they 900F had I automatically assume the 950G would be better. The picture was no where near the 900F, the consist blooming was really crazy and the picture was subpar!! The only thing good about it was the Google assist, I like the fact I could tell my tv to do things except for when I asked it to get me a great picture it could not produce!!! So I traded my Sony 950G for a Samsung Q7r and couldn't be happier!!! I'm not going to say I will never buy a Sony again because the two I had prior to the 950G was great, I mean I still own the 900F and loving it. Just very dissapointed in the Sony 950G!!!

Easy to use Android TV

I can't say it is actually any better than my older tv that was being replaced quality however. The software integration is much smoother but the image quality is as good so far. It just seems that the manufacturers has gotten smarter at the sales pitch confusing consumers with HD, UHD, HDR, HDR+ and so on. Time will tell.

great tv

This replaced our 7+y/o Samsung that looked like surfs were attacking it.
