Great 4K smart tv I already own 2015 930c 65 inch everything is better about the 950G except off axis viewing on 55 inch model which this is. This was for a bedroom so not really factor used a full range wall mount so can easily adjust if needed to view from anywhere in the room. The 75 and 82 inch models have better off axis features best choices for family and large rooms. Sony has supported my 2015 model with updates and every year picture quality has improved that's great after sale support for evolving technology which 4K is.

This 55” Sony TV is definitely a great upgrade from my old Samsung TV from another 13 years ago. I feel that a 55” or smaller has the best picture over the larger ones. Besides the picture, the sound is good, but like most TV’s, it gets better with an external sound system. Connections are easy, both cable wise and internet. The TV is Android ready, but Sony made its promise to send an update at the end of 2019 to make it  ready. So take advantage of this great TV at a great price now that 8k TV’s are starting to roll out.

I enjoy that the process handles with the least distortion with over the air channels when the Metra train passes by compared to LG and Hisense due to its processor. This was one of the buying factors since my brother like Grit TV. I am more of an on-demand kind of person. Gaming is great, but the audio is a bit low, so I have to turn it up 30 in order hear the dialogues of most show. That's understandable because audio is sacrificed for picture quality. So I had to buy a Soundbar (HTG700). I found it easy just buying another Sony equipment so that I can use one main remote.

Picture quality I great remote is easy to use. My biggest complaint is the google assistant feature is not very intuitive and a little glitchy hopefully there I’ll be an update at one point.

The color is amazing, the sound clear and so much better than a lot of TVs. Great clarity and black blacks. Perfect in every way.

Stepped up to this from my old LG 42" 1080p TV... and WOW. It looks way better at home than in the store, the HDR colors and brightness are amazing. I thought the 4k resolution would catch my eyes first but it's actually 3rd. Paired with a 4k BluRay player X800M2 for best quality movies, Dolby Vision looks fantastic. Menus and apps are responsive, only downside is very occasionally an app may crash and tv must be restarted. Full array dimming zones work well allowing dark blacks and rare blooming.

I watch this tv every day. Best I have had. Great sound, quick to process commands! Outstanding

The picture quality and HDR are excellent. Bought this model for the supposed better processor speed and stable apps. One caution: the audio will just cut out or it and we can't get it back without rebooting this TV. Happens at least once a day in multiple different apps (Youtube, Disney+, etc.). Don't know if this is a problem with HDMI connections as we bought it to run streaming apps only to avoid clutter where this TV was put. That being said, the picture and sound are very good - when not needing a reboot.

Originally I purchased a Samsung TV but it was slow and the response time was delayed. So I decided to return it and upgrade to the SONY 950G which comes with Android TV. Which is nice because I can connect it to Google Home/Assistant. The main reason why I got this TV was because of Voice Control and ability to connect to my Google Home. Along with this purchase I bought the Sony Sound bar HTZ9F which I recommend in order to get the full 4k Dolby Vision/Dolby Atmos experience. For the nerds out there, if you are familiar with API's you can also have remote access to your TV by, bypassing the authentication and forwarding a port to your TV from your router. This will allow you to use the Sonys Bravia REST API, which allows you to control the Volume and Applications. And now with iOS 13, you can use it with "Shortcuts" all from your iPhone or iPad.

Beautiful clear picture and has an awesome remote that I can control my sound bar , DVD player and tv. Super convenient!

Good audio , nice picture . Very clear screen. I have strong recommence to have this Sony tivi. Easy to operate.

As a senior citizen only accustomed to using technology relating to my personal and business interests, I was happy to discover the existence of smart tv with preloaded apps. Still on a learning curve, but not needing extra plug ins has really made learning all this possible. Our salesman (Jason) gave us an entire history lesson on Sony, introduced us to sound bars, and patiently walked us through multiple products. So glad I spent the extra bucks for the 2019 ewes product.

Great quality tv. Setup was very easy. Picture quality is amazing. Very easy to use remote that comes with it.

First Sony TV we have had and this is excellent. Pictures are great and easy access to other channels.

Great television. I normally buy the XBR Sony models because they tend to have more features, better black screens and better processors. This one is no exceptions with the new X1 chip. The same chip their top model has the A10. Also the acoustic multi audio technology. Rear pixel projection now which is great for bright rooms. The only negative thing is the remote control and getting it to control the Sony DVD blue ray player? Overall an exceent tv.

So far we are very happy with the products. The picture is great, the sound is good. Ease of use is good too.

We went shopping for a smart TV to replace our not-too-old HD 49" flat screen. We were going to just grab the same Samsung but in a smart model, but were very impressed with the picture quality upgrade available . Ended up with a Sony, next to top of the line, paid more money but really love the increased picture quality.

This TV is great for nature and active programs. Very clear and easily to set up. The Geek Squad did a great job.

A lot of people say this tv has alot of "Blooming", I've only had this TV for about 5 days now, so it's too early for my complete review. I can however tell you that it seems to be a really nice TV, maybe even a Great one! The picture is exceptional and is of a quality only Sony can offer. Anyone that has owned a Sony knows what i'm talking about.
