Awesome product for the price.Crisp picture and vivid colors. Love the apps and easy connection to home wifi and cell phone. Only negative is side angle viewing gets a little washed out but I was able to improve it in the settings.

Purchased this Sony 60" LED tv to replace the previous 50" Panasonic Plasma tv my elderly father had hanging on his wall because Netflix stopped supporting the Panasonic Viera tv, and it was also time for an upgrade for him. I was extremely impressed, as was he, and both of us are very happy with the ease of use of the apps, which there are plenty. The only disappointment is that Skype stopped supporting the Sony smart tv's. We bought a Sony supported USB camera, easily hooked it up to the tv, and logged into skype only to find the Skype program won't work anymore on tvs. That would be cool to be able to communicate with him through his tv...I hope this feature will work again one day. All in all, great price, awesome tv, with great sound and picture.

By far the best TV I have ever own. I can access many of the apps I have on my phone, the picture is great, the speakers are loud, and the set up took 10 minutes. FYI: The tv mount holes are at the lower half of the tv so when it gets mounted it looks higher.

My 1st 60 inch Sony Bravia lasted for 18 months until it had a red line down the right side of the screen. Because I purchased the warranty and used the geek squad They were able to replace it with another 60 inch Sony Bravia. I really like the product. It has a very nice picture and size. The 2nd one had a blurred screen near the top center, so the Brandon, Fl. store and geek squad replaced it again, and so far so good.

I had one of the Bravia 2013 version and recently moved into bigger home where I needed another TV. I had to continue with the same model type - Bravia because of the amazing features and clear picture.

Picture quality is what you would expect from Sony, pretty good settings right out of the box. I would like a little more adjustability in the settings, but most people will probably be fine with the stock pre-sets. The smart TV works well and responds quickly compared to other smart TVs. I would have appreciated a nicer remote with qwerty keypad. Overall a really nice TV if you don't need the 4K and want to save electricity with 1080P screen. I didn't use the included mount, instead we mounted it on a full motion wall mount, the TV didn't have any interference or issues in general with the wall mount adapter hardware. I recently installed an LED bias lighting strip to the back of the TV and the screen looks even better in a darkened room. Great bang for your buck TV with all of the features most people want or need, plus the confidence of the Sony brand reliability.

Great TV / Better than Lower Tier 4K Sets

4K might be the standard one day, but it won't happen till some time. A lot of Manufactures are phasing out 1080's, but there will be a use for them for years to come. No worries, this tv won't become obsolete. The transition will take time. A lot is being said right now like Broadcasting never converting to 4K because it would be so expensive and the logistics being a nightmare. Depending what you want to believe, it's a world of possibilities. *Sound: Decent, play with the settings until you find something that suits you best. The Default Sound Settings are too low. This isn't a Hisense or JVC entry-level HDTV. You don't need to go out and buy a sound bar. *Apps: Netflix is decent. Some people say they get disconnected from Netflix. It hasn't happened to me (yet). The Youtube app isn't very good. It's slow and it doesn't connect at the same speeds like the ps4 or roku youtube apps. Vudu works flawless and offers many "Free" movies. Not all the apps are the same. Some are better than others. You could always get roku if it's that much of an issue. I purchased a 4K tv and the picture quality was bad when not streaming. This TV is good all-around. It does everything well and the picture is just stunning.

My wife and I finally decided to upgrade our television. We did tons of research on TVs, and were initially going to purchase a new 4k TV. However, when I was at best buy I saw the quality of the colors and picture on this Sony 60", and how can you beat it??? I think 4k is overrated right now, you can't watch cable in 4k anyway, so we decided to drop the money on this TV and also buy a matching soundbar. We could not be happier!!! After about 10 hours of installation time, we got it up on our wall, and hopefully it stays there for a long time!!!

Super TV. I was debating whether to stay 1080p or go 4k and pay more than $500 more. I'm glad I chose to stay with 1080 for now. The TV is very nice. Clear picture and good sound at a very good price. You can never go wrong with a Sony and this one will not disappoint. It has enough HDMI inputs and the Netflix, YouTube apps, etc. work flawlessly. I'd say this is probably the best 1080p TV under $749.

I recently purchased this to replace a 55 inch 4K lg after I cracked the panel. I was not impressed with the 4K tv given the extra costs and requirements to obtain 4K content. The only real noticeable difference in picture quality is when you are close to the tv, due only to the fact the 4K had a higher pixel density. Other wise this tv looks fantastic at the correct viewing distance. The refresh rate is awesome and something everyone overlooks when buying a new tv. Every tv I've had in the past 4 years has been at least 120hz, so I've admittedly gotten used to the smooth and clear action scenes and taken it for granted. I do wish it had the android operating system that the new Sony 4K tvs do but at over half the cost, it'll do. It has 4 hdmi inputs, weighs less than 50 pounds, ok streaming apps and os, great picture, and an overall solid tv. At least than $600 it's a safe buy.

The TV has many great applications, sound and picture quality is outstanding. There is a button on the remote that you can push when watching a football game and you can hear the crowd as if you were in the stadium. I can use the same remote from another Sony tv with this tv and work with it. I like that Best Buy does price matching, and if the price goes down before thirty days, they will refund the difference.

Love the TV- great quality picture and easy to navigate. Super lightweight as well. Only downside- Bought the open box and thought I was getting a deal only to see the TV on sale a few weeks later for the same price as the open box.

This is my second Sony LED TV, the first being an Android-based 4K TV. To say that I am pleased with this TV is an understatement. The TV is well-made, with a strong chassis and nice bezel, and nicely packaged as well. Best Buy opens the larger TVs and inspects them prior to having them leave the store, so that was nice. The picture quality is what you'd expect out of a Sony TV, and the sound is pretty good as well. The smart features of the TV are just okay. It's not exactly the fastest or most intuitive, but an update does help out. I guess I got a bit spoiled by the Android features in my 4K, but this still does a good job overall. For the money I paid getting a huge Sony LED TV was fantastic. If you mostly stream and don't really care about 4K definitely pick one up.

I caught this TV while it was on sale, as I didn't need anything past a 60" HD smart TV, the price tipped me over to buying. I can say the Pic is just as good as my Sony 47", at half the weight, and increase in size. PlayStation 4 rocks this TV, although I have yet to try the Play Station App. AND to make things better, the price dropped another 20 bucks the next week and Best Buy matched the cheaper price, so more coin in my pocket. WIN, WIN! Great TV for the buck.

This TV is GREAAAAT!! I was worried when the salesman explained about the picture being just as good as the new on the market 4K tv's, but he was right on the mark. This was a secondary tv for my mom's room who has trouble with her eye sight anyway and had surgery to help. But she is tickled and goes on about how she can see details she has never seen before like the details in the actors faces, like their pores of their skin, and even blood vessels in the whites of their eyes. I could have spent $500-750 more on a 4K tv, but when I asked the salesman for help and explained my situation of needing to save some money because I had need of buying more presents yet, he came through BIGTIME!!
