This TV has blown my mind. It has a beautiful picture, fits perfectly in our living room and definitely worth the wait in line on Black Friday (Thursday) for this item. I would have paid full price for this TV. We left our Vizio TV up and placed this one under to compare before switching them out...and the Vizio is pretty sad. I thought the Vizio had great picture quality, must be the 4K that makes all the difference. Hope it lasts forever. It was easy to mount on the corner mount that we have and it weighs less than the Vizio. We've only had up for a week, but seems perfect so far.

Bought this TV because it was on sale for Black Friday and I was looking to buy a Sony. The colors are great and the picture is clear. 60hz present no problem with motion flow when watching any blu ray movie. However, this is not a good tv for gaming! Also can't have mirrors or any reflective surfaces in front of the screen otherwise it shows on the screen and it is distracting. It is overall a good TV but one thousand is asking too much for it! Wait for a good sale price and it is worth it!

Got this tv during the Black Friday sale and I am not disappointed. Originally went for a smaller, cheaper brand that sold out before I could purchase it, and I’m glad it happened. I’ve always had Sony products and have never been let down. This tv is no exception. When hooked up to a source that provides 4K the picture is so realistic. The refresh rate is sufficient for a tv in its price range so I knew not to be blown away, but I’m not upset about it either. Sound quality is ok too. Nothing great, but not bad either. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Got this TV on Black Friday, it was an upgrade from a 39” Vizio. Currently I have nothing that broadcasts in 4K so I haven’t used it to its full potential, but the picture is still impressive. I recommend tweaking the picture settings while watching something to get the best performance. The sound is a good 4/5, not perfect but it has good bass and it does provide some surround effects. The stand is sturdy and low profile as it’s matte black. The frame is reflective black. Overall a great purchase, looking forward to trying the 4K.

Decent tv for its cost. Not as thin as my old Samsung tv, but hopefully more reliable than my old tv, which broke in a little over a year. Its also on the heavy side at about 70lbs. Picture quality is decent for over the air antenna. Some channels are a little fuzzy but it might have more to do with quality of the signal and the range of my antenna. The tv comes preloaded with some basic selection of apps. Overall, a good tv for a small budget.

This TV was a great upgrade from our old Sony which we've had for many years and was still working great. It was a good affordable option. It still has a very smooth picture with great color - the enhancement features are subtle and nicely integrated. Plenty of connections in the back. It doesn't have the ultra bright color features that the higher priced TVs have, but setting the picture to vivid helped a lot for our brightly lit room.

I was given a great deal on this TV by the young guy at the Patchogue store on Thanksgiving. He gave me a thorough demonstration of the TV, and was very knowledgeable about the product. Give that man a raise and/or promotion! The set gives a great picture for films and sports if you know how to use the settings. I didn't need to buy a sound bar, because the sound on the set is fine. Once I get my HDMI cables, I'll be able to set up my 5.1 sound system, and really be able to appreciate how the set plays DVDs.

Great Color! The only two down sides are: 1. It has not many apps available. 2. The manufacture default for color setting is not optimal, the color looks blue. I have to go to ratings.com to find a recommended setting in color for this TV model. The website has a lot of different color profile settings you can choose for this TV model. Then once it is set, everything looks awesome! Overall still a good TV.

As any other Sony product... this TV is crisp. The image is clear and for the size the display is perfect. The smart feature is seamless, as long as I have a fast internet service the online features are lightning, as if I was watching a regular YouTube video and it made me feel like I was watching a tv show. Setup was easy and provided enough choices to cusromize to my liking. For the sale price I paid I got more than a bargain. And BestBuy delivery service was superb!

I've had this TV for just a short time but so far I've tested most everything. Netflix streaming - Excellent. DLNA - Simple setup. HDMI & other inputs were just plug and play. This TV was a replacement for a 60" 1080p and the upgrade in picture quality was evident right from the start even with 4K upscaling. 4K content from Netflix and YouTube is superb. It's been a long time since my Sony Trinitron days but it looks like I'm back to Sony again gladly.

After doing extensive research I decided to purchase this TV and I couldn't be happier. The picture quality is simply amazing! Sharp, clear, clean, crisp are just a few words to describe how great the picture quality is for this TV. The only downside which I don't really count is the inability to access additional content like Hulu or Amazon Prime or the Web. But I can access those from my Sony Blueray Player, so all is good...

Amazing picture quality but very poor processor speed for anything. When you are using an app and trying to put the volume up and down it doesn't react immediately it always lagging and freezing . It's stupid how they put this weak processor on this brilliant Tv. Buy the 120hz one if u have coupe hundred more dollars to spend . I am returning Thai for a faster mod

You can definitely notice the quality picture and the staff was very knowledgeable and educated me on getting the best product for my budget. I recommend !!

this is my first time buy a sony tv and wow I'm so happy about this sony x690e 60" I had a Samsung 6350- 50" 1080p 240hz and I loved it buy this is a new world this tv is crazy nice xbox one s/x 4k gaming with the HDR is great and playstation pro 4k is crazy also this has to be the best starter 4k tv you can buy if you looking for a 4k with HDR and not trying to spend crazy money at the time this is for you

I purchased this Sony 4K LED television during Black Friday. I saved $400 off the list price. I made the purchase online. The TV was delivered to my home 3-4 days after the purchase. The delivery was seamless. Best Buy’s communication during the process was awesome. The TV is excellent. Great picture, easy setup and Sony quality. I’m very pleased with this purchase. We purchased the Sony 60" because it had good Consumer Reports reviews and it did not disappoint! The picture is clear and colors are vibrant. The sound quality is amazing! Even though it is 60" size it still feels like you are sitting in a theater watching a movie from the picture quality and sound. It also interfaces with phone, computer due to WiFi and bluetooth application. Highly recommend.

The Sony is a good TV for High Def, and its reproduction of 4K is terrific. Not great definition of black, but otherwise, a very good tv. The drawback is the OS -- Opera. It can crash, and it's choice of apps is very limited (No HBO, Showtime, MLB, etc.) You'll probably want another streaming device to make up for the loss. But that's a lot cheaper than a more expensive TV with a better OS.

This is the lower end of the Sony 4K LED TVs. That being said for the money you won’t find anything else better. I got this on the Black Friday deals for $599. The picture is fantastic. Sharp and clear. Like I said you can pay more for the next step up but I doubt you’ll be able to tell the difference. Don’t hesitate to buy this TV. The money you save can go to other stuff like a 4K player.

This TV has been great so far and works perfectly with all of the other components that I have attached to it, everything works with the tv remote and set up was very simple. The picture looks amazing. the only negative I could see with this is the factory sound, its ok but I would definitely recommend a sound bar or surround sound set up to maximize the experience of such a great picture.

This Sony 60" 4K HDR T.V. has such high quality picture resolution that it's like being in a movie theater. The sound quality is very good as well. My son enjoys it so much he is no longer spending as much time on his gaming computer. We love the wifi connection and the You Tube and Netflix buttons. Also the ability to mirror what's on your phone. We are really enjoying watching it.
