    I have had this for over a year. Sony is still supporting it with new firmware, even as of March 2019. I was able to grab this 60 inch for just under seven hundred. I try to keep TVs for about 4-5 years and try not to spend thousands on one specific unit. While it's not OLED, QLED or some other variant, if you're upgrading from a 1080p or earlier format, you'll be happy with the results. 4K content looks great on an Apple TV 4K, Comcast upscaled X1 box as well as my Samsung 4K UHD player. Perhaps the best picture comes from YouTube 4K when sampling some free content. There are multiple scene modes, and it will even auto detect and source when to switch to the HDR modes as needed.

    I upgraded from a 46'' Sony Bravia, which I have been happy with for 9 years, but wanted a larger TV at a great price. I love Sony and jumped at this purchase for a sale price of $699.99. The picture quality is good...very bright and unlike one of my other TV's, the picture still looks good from other viewing angles. I did feel the need to adjust the color settings a bit. The factory settings were a little too red for my personal taste. The sound is not bad, but I am planning to get a sound bar for a better sound. Overall, I am happy with my purchase as I feel I have good TV at a decent price.
