the volume that the smart tech can handle is not great. it locks up often and can open quite slow at times.

Is my second 4K purchase and it’s def by far the lesser of the two .. mediocre picture with sub par sound

This is a good tv and I got it for a great price on black friday. The 4K technology is awesome and picture quality is excellent. The speakers are ok but I recommend a sound bar or surround sound. It's a little thicker than I thought it'd be and I was a little disappointed that it only has 3 hdmi ports. It is a smart tv but only has Netflix and YouTube on it.

I bought this TV sight unseen (on BestBuy.com), I have been extremely impressed. I have it connected to a Yamaha AVR, a 4K Bluray player, a DISH satellite receiver and a ROKU Ultra and a indoor amplified antenna. This is a great TV! Picture is outstanding, blacks are super black, never any pixilation, sports and motion don't blur. All in all, Couldn't be happier with my purchase! Love this Sony TV

We got this during BF sale and have been satisfied so far. The only thing that bothers us is the builtin app is not quite stable and have room to improve (especially the UX part). We have experienced several YouTube crashes and have to unplug it for a full reset. The online updater doesn't work and I have to update firmware via manual USB update.

Did not get 5g Network Need WiFi signals very strong to workout as smart tv Sound is good

This is a great TV for the price I paid on Black Friday. The apps that's pre-installed on the TV loads as soon as the TV is turned on compared to my Samsung Smart TV. But, the Sony TV does not have the ability to add other apps (that I know of) and Samsung does. Still a great TV nonetheless. Do your research before purchasing.

My wife and I went to the Best Buy to purchase a new tv on the 17th of Aug.We thought we wanted a Samsung but the salesman directed to the Sony.This T.v.was amazing picture quality much better than the Samsung that is used at work.We are amazed with it's picture quality.This 60'' t.v is the top of the line best t.v ever,The geek squad installed it and they were great as well.

Purchased TV and sound bar instructions for pairing these two are less than clear.

Very pleased with the quality of picture and color. I bought a sound bar with the set and pleased with the sound quality. I would recommend getting both.

The TV quality is beautiful and responds readily to my commands. Netflix and YouTube right at your fingertips but not as smart as I thought it would be. I also thought it would be easier to set up Google Home to use it but I haven't had time to attempt that. Overall though, I am happy with my purchase

This checked all the boxes! Good quality image, good contrast, HDMI-ARC, and relatively low cost. It was a simple set up with reasonably simple navigation from app to app. Changes NETFLIX too 4K content, not sure I can really see a difference between that and 1080P, but am amazed with the 1080p... I don't have cable so no idea what it's like with that.

Friends and family said I needed a bigger TV, my 40 inch Sony was too small.... This bad boy was on sale at a great price, so now it is hanging (thanks to Geek Squad) above my fireplace. With the addition of a sound bar, I have the best some TV for gatherings! I don’t have technical training, so I won’t bother but I can tell you it has a great pix!!!

Did a great job installing the tv over my fireplace. just don't understand why it was an extra 99 dollars which made it 300 hundred dollar total to install over the fireplace. It seem like a very simple job installing the wall mount then installing the tv on to the mount. Took all of 15 minutes

My 6 years old Samsung (paid 1500 in ‘12) is a far more superior product than this unit. You would think that tech has caught up over the years & prices have come down accordingly! Not so with this example! It’s big & bulky, picture quality is ok at best, while sound is the same as all tv’s, terrible!

This tv has a great picture, good energy usage, and easy to use functions. The only con I've seen so far is that it does not offer a lot of apps for smart tv use.

The Best Buy team In the TV area were great. I knew I wanted a 60" TV but was unsure of the brand. They were very patient and helpful in the decision making process. They gave me a lot of good information but did not try to make the decision for me. I am very happy with my choice and the Best Buy team. They delivered it and I set it up myself.

This Sony LED TV I purchased is and excellent television; great picture; sound is great for what it is used for. I purchased this for my grandfather where he primarily watches the stock market; it could use an extra HDMI input or 2 but 3 will be fine. I would definitely reccomend this tv because I purchased it at an excellent price.

I was reluctant to purchase the Sony 60in smart class 4K TV but once i got it home and turned it on the set was so easy. The picture is amazing. Using Netflix and YouTube is so easy and playing games on the Xbox One is the greatest experience. I love this TV and glad i purchased it on the fly. I wouldn’t definitely recommend this TV to anyone.

Good tv, got it at an excellent price. Sales person was less than helpful but I have a buddy who helped me. Tv has met all my expectations except you cannot download new apps. I bought this tv instead of a Roku and now I still need the roku go get certain apps. Well worth it though
