It’s very responsive and you can costumise your viewing experience. The only down side it’s that Netflix and YouTube take a while to load so I prefer to use another device to download channels.

The TV has repeatedly lost the ability to read the USB drive and must be unplugged and plugged back in the read the USB drive. This was the suggested workaround by tech support.
