This tv (from day 3) never connects to its pre-programmed apps and will only work if you unplug the tv for at least 10 minutes. Honestly, that would be fine...a little annoying during sports games...but manageable. HOWEVER, today (10/7/18) the screen wont even turn on. The audio is fine and the apps work, but nothing displays on the screen. I have googled this problem and have realized that this tv is just garbage. Everyone is having the same problem. Save your money and get a tv that works. Two stars because the picture and sound is fine for the hour that is works
