Also, internet connectivity is very cumbersome and requires entering the IP address of your network manually. The others are much easier. I returned this.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So the TV says HDR on the box, it doesn't however support true HDR. It doesn't support the HDR format that is used by the Xbox One X for 4k video and gaming and doesn't support the One S for 4K video.

Not a good smartTV

Almost every time I use it, it will glitch, freeze, or lag so much it needs to be unplugged and plugged back in. Six months after the purchase date it had a software issue which ultimately resulted in getting a replacement TV. However, I did not receive a new replacement, Sony customer support said my only option was a refurbished TV. That being said the picture of the TV is great, but I wouldn’t recommend it to someone now that I know about the bad software.

It was of great quality for a while but then we started having issues with the tv when we hooked up the Roku. It would start the flashing of the red lights and the screen would not turn on. We reset the tv and it worked again. Then a month later the same problem, wouldn’t turn on and flashing red light (6 flashes). Tried resetting again with no success. Tried to look up a repair center. The nearest repair center is 3 hrs away!! With the Covid 19 pandemic we can not travel just to get tv repaired. Had high hopes for this tv but sorely disappointed. Too bad Sony didn’t have better customer service.
