Go with HDR LG
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sony is supposed to be the tv leaders.. I’ve learned that this is no longer the case. Go with the lg for just $150 more

Sony disappointed me this time!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a huge Sony fan and this is my second addition to my existing Sony TV. I bought 75” earlier from BB for my entertainment room and works great. This 60” smart 4K ultra HD disappointed me. Freezes often and I have to power off and on again to make it work. Remote does not responding, not sure remote problem or TV issue. I bought this on Black Friday sale and probably BB cleared this due to faulty batch of TVs!?. Not a quality product from Sony......I don’t recommend ...but I don’t stop buying Sony...may be I got a faulty piece.

Picture quality is good, audio not so great
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have been using this tv for over a year. The picture quality is good for what it is. The audio, however, is not great. Might just be the unit we have, but the background music on movies always ends up being much louder than the dialogue. We bought a sound bar to use occasionally, but are having to use it all the time when watching movies.

DO NOT BUY - DIED after 6 weeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible tv, this thing completely died on us after 6 weeks of unpacking the tv. And we rarely even watched TV. I was complaining about Samsung because my plasma died after 6 years so i decided to give SONY a try again. Our OLD SONY last like 20 years.. they dont make them like they use to i guess. Sony did replace the TV but im stuck with the same model, and now my replacement is having differect issues. Stalls, lags, wifi has bad days..so now i have to pay $300 to upgrade to the next model. Disappointed at SONY right now.

Power supply died 17 mo post purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Power supply went out, $325 to fix. TV repair guy and Geek squad both told me this is a common problem with these TVs. Pretty disappointing to say the least. About 2 years post ownership, Netflix frequently not loading. Have to unplug and restart to get it to work.

Picture began to fade after 8 months
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The edges of the picture started to fade about 8 months after purchase, this has gotten progressively worse and now, at the 12 month point, the blacks are actually grey across 75% of the picture surface. I guess you get what you paid for....there is a reason this TV was so cheap
