    Purchased this TV in January 2018, within 2 weeks it stopped working. We were able to exchange it and purchased the 2 year warranty. Worked fine for about 2 years and 100 days and the same issue... TV won’t turn on. Absolutely nothing happened to the TV itself, TV has remained mounted to the wall, turned on one day and then the next day just wouldn’t. For $1,000, and with only a few hours a day use on average, this TV should’ve lasted longer than 2 years.

    I've been a fan of Sony ever since childhood and believed that everything they make is of quality. This was the first Sony product that I had to return. I had this TV for almost 2 weeks, tried different inputs, wifi connections, calibration settings and in all the cases whenever there's sudden movement on the screen, the picture breaks and starts displaying squares around the edges of the moving object. I think it has to do with the fact that the refresh rate is 60Hz on a 60" 4K TV. I don't know how anyone else can watch it and not be bothered.

    TV freezes on Netflix and all buttons on remote are not usable, including the power button! The only remedy is to unplug TV from power source. What a joke.

    Always freezes when using Netflix, I don’t know if it was a manufactured defect but sometimes I have to disconnect the tv to reset because I can’t change the channel or turn of the tv with the control or buttons.

    I bought this TV November 16, 2017 and it has already quit playing. I didn't buy the extended warranty, as I would think SONY products should withstand the test of time. It is mounted on the wall, and is out of harms way of animals, kids, etc. and all the wiring is ran through the wall. It is ONLY 2 years and 4 mos. old, and has already quit. So, I am out $1,100 bucks. Oh well, I will stick with Samsung and LG - my two favorite choices for TV's. I will end with VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    Purchased one of these during black friday (2017) and 2 months later returned it. TV went out. Called support and tried trouble shooting. ?Something was wrong with the power (internal) and they needed to send a tech out (would've taken 7-10 business days). Just took it back to Bestbuy to exchange it for another. Second tv, same issue, right around the 2 month mark. Returned the second tv and purchased a Vizio instead.

    This TV doesn’t even have chromecast integrated. Very low-end. I suppose it might be ok for someone low-income and/or a senior.

    This is a budget level TV that should have never been built. Netflix freezes the TV. Have to unplug to reset many times. Returned after a week.

    Smart TV is not smart enough to response

    The picyure quality is good but TV has lot of internal problems. Sometimes TV is unresponsive, app does not work properly. TV has issues with power board and back LED lights. After 1 year you could run into issues with back Light arrays and to fix the issue you would end up invest more money on that. I would not recomend this TV to anyone.

    This tv worked but it would not connect to the internet to stream video from online streaming companies like Hulu had GeekSquad at house took it all apart and found out it needed a new component to work like advertised, decided to pack it all up since we only had it a few hours and exchange for LG 60 inch that was true 4k smart tv. The sony only would of gotten Netflix and youtube it was not a true smart tv.

    Poor picture quality. Definitely an entry level 60” tv. I returned it and purchased an upgraded 65” Sony. Very happy with the 65”.
