    Bought a 60" Sony Bravia on June 19th. Installed by Geek Squad on June 23rd. It blew on July 4th. No picture. OK, it happens. Call Geek Squad and Best Buy. We'll get someone right out to you, on July 20th... C'mon. 3 of 4 weeks with a non functioning TV. I may as well have mounted a dead deer on my wall. Beware.

    Great picture, but barely lasted over 2 years

    Had problems freezing up while using apps from beginning. Over time, developed other problems, constantly disconnecting from wi-fi, apps freezing and disappearing. Finally, after a couple years of frustration, it went dead. A shame, as it had excellent picture quality, but simply garbage when it came to quality and the operating system.

    Save yourself the time and trouble and DO NOT buy this TV. I am on my THIRD replacement TV through Sony. Keep getting vertical lines on the TV. I am tired of fighting with them, I wish I had gotten the Geek Squad Protection. I am just going to replace it with a Vizio so I can actually enjoy TV.

    Died after 3 years of purchase. Horrible quality. Another Sony TV of ours that is in the living room died after 5 years. I will no longer purchase Sony products.

    This tv has been an issue since we got it in 2018. From the picture disappearing to horrible apps. Finally today it wouldn’t turn on and we’ve replaced with another Samsung.

    The tv has a beautiful picture. I was watching the tv and the screen went black. Nothing works!!! $800 for 2 days of tv is not worth it! Best Buy provided no help. Can't talk to a person to see what to do with the tv. Extremely dissatisfied with tv and Best Buy.

    First of all, they didn't tell us that this TV ISN'T so smart. You cannot add apps to it. We purchased it in Nov. 2017 and it no longer turns on. Shopping for a new TV and NOT a Sony. Look into another brand.

    I bought this TV on thanks giving. And I have to contacted Sony 10 times for the hanging problem of YOU TUBE. Since then I have tried 1000 TIME as per support team direction but still the problem of YOU TUBE "LOADING" continues. Third class product ever I see from SONY. Do not buy this if you are willing to.

    This unit barely survived 2 years. Picture quality was mediocre at best and then just over 2 years of use it died. It would no longer power on.

    it never worked properly. the tv does not have the option to download new apps. It struggles to link with screen sharing. Sometimes it stops working and turns off on its own.

    All the tv does is blink a little red light. Sony won’t respond to attempts to contact them about a warranty. Nothing has happened to the tv that would render it useless. It just stopped working.

    This product WiFi module stop working and it only had 1 year warranty. 450 to repair so I have been able to use it. The USB ports don’t work. When I called the costumer service they said it’s past the one year warranty they can’t help me.

    Granted, this was an open box purchase, but this TV was garbage. The picture was blurry and did not even come close to looking like the TV Best Buy had on display. Kudos for Best Buy for taking it back so quickly. Sad thing is, it was back on the sales floor the next day.

    With the reviews I thought this was a GREAT buy. However, the first week we began to notice glitches which I was hoping I was being too picky. Not the case. The TV began freezing and a high pitch sound coming from the T.V. This was returned.

    Beautiful pic for 4 hours. Turned off would not come back on. Got blinking light. Checked manual said to get Sony tech for possible bad relay board. Read reviews tons of similar issues. Returned to store for exchange of LG brand.

    I’ve never had an issue with any TV I’ve bought except for this one. Customer service was awful when I called about the issue. Will never buy another Sony TV.

    Just buy an LG. All my prior TVs have been LG and they are all still working perfectly. This Sony TV was a complete let down.

    upset with this tv, connecting to the network for this tv has been an issue, color is poor when Casting Video, the Tv has already been replaced once from Sony.
