Really bad tv never work, always have to reset. Really bad investment. I thought Sony make good tv but it was big mistake

~ 2 years after purchase, TV will not turn on. I would not expect this to happen to such a known brand such as Sony.

This TV freezing sometimes when I go to apps like Netflix or YouTube and I have to unplug it many times to make it stop freezing. I will never buy another Sony TV again

Good colour. However, It did not work and need services during the first three months. After 2 years, it was completely not functioning. It did not even turn on! !

So far, this seems to be a very good, basic 4K TV. If you favor deep blacks and are on a budget this is the perfect TV for you. However, if you like a very bright TV with good viewing angles then I would recommend something else. Pros: -Amazing 1080p & 4K picture quality especially in a dark setting -Very good 720p picture quality (for reference, I use PS Vue) -Very good black levels with good uniformity (almost no light-bleed) -TV itself runs cool, not hot to the touch like some TVs -Very fast interface (some TVs have a noticeable lag, even for changing the volume) -Apps launch relatively quick (youtube only takes me about 2 seconds, netflix 4-5 seconds) Cons: -Narrow viewing angle - picture degrades from the side (it will look washed out) -Not as bright as other TVs -Reflections are a problem - only marginally better than my old plasma (wouldn't recommend for a sunroom for example) -Apps are limited, but have the basic (youtube, netflix, etc.) -No smart remote with voice search command

Watched TV one night, turned it off. Next morning no pic no sound. Red blinking Error message equals. TV DEAD. No repair. This Sony barely lasted a year.

I bought a 60" Sony TV a few weeks ago but had to wait for my entertainment center to be remade to hold a larger TV so it has only been installed a week but I like it very much.

Crashes with overload of apps. Takes about a day to reboot other than that’s works okay.

I cant program any stations can't use the TV control the color sucks in the speakers are not loud. Returning it

This TV did not last long thank goodness for protection plan or we would have to purchase out of pocket after 2 yrs

Unit died within 15 months. Not worth it for $700. I bought a Sony for it to last, certainly not the case.

Summary tells it all. TV has no picture and it is less than 2 years old. My old Sony lasted 10 years.

Picture and sound are poor. I returned it and bought an LG OLED TV from Magnolia Department. You get what you pay for.

It was nice till I could use it, TV broke after a year. I would not recommend sony products.

Solid TV in terms of look. but seems to have an issue with it just failing all of a sudden after some time - barely lasted 5 years and now defective. It's a shame as the Samsung I got before also didn't last long (even lasted shorter) - it was a 3D one. Not sure if it may just be all these TV's these days that are flat screen - but I believe I have seen other brands last longer (at least the small ones that I have). At first it was the HDMI input and I played around with using other HDMI, then there was the weird random discoloration with the white being off, and then it just sort of died (will have to take it to TV repair and not expecting much as the 6 blinking red light is a common problem for Sony it seems). Disappointing. Okay if you are okay with it not lasting too long.
