    Digital gift cards are just easier for gaming, and being able to buy codes for any platform directly is much easier than going to the store just to buy a physical card by itself.

    I always buy my nephew PlayStation gift cards because he has a PlayStation five. I like to buy them at Best Buy because they come quickly and I can still get Best Buy rewards points as a Best Buycredit card member.
