You are emailed a code that can be redeemed for $10 in your PSN wallet. The email usually arrives within 10 minutes but can sometimes take a bit longer. Once you have it, redeeming it is a breeze.

I have bought from different retailers and no issues at all. Best Buy delivered the code in about 3 minutes and voila!
