It a little complicated to put it in game its hard to be honest

Was banned on PlayStation and PlayStation support made me buy this haha that I owed money on my account and was used for fraud so I used this and my account got unbanned !

I have ordered digital gift cards in the past without issue so I didn't think to read reviews but I wish I had before I ordered!! I have been waiting 4 hours for my digital codes. I contacted chat and they told me there was a problem with my banking (even though my payment went through just fine) and I would have to call. I called and they said everything was fine but it could take “24-48 hours” for fulfillment. Are you serious? It’s a digital code! This should be instantaneous! This needs to be fixed. It’s pure craziness that in 2024 a huge company such as Best Buy can’t fix this problem. Read reviews folks everyone is saying the same thing because it is true.

Dont expect to recieve it right away, still really good

I bought this for my son to subscribe for his annual Playstation account. Very easy to get, you just pay for it and immediately you get the code by email and then you apply the code for your purchase on sony

This is a great way to add funds to PSN account so can buy digital content. It's more secure and great for gifts or to control how much being spent. All without the need for a credit card on the account.

Psn gift card took a long time to receive the code after purchase

The ps store card is great because it can be used as a great gift for people who have a playstation system or if you yourself want new games

I mean it’s just a gift card no real review needed

Best Buy makes it really difficult to redeem these things with multiple layers of e-mails and tedious waiting.

I tend to use the gift cards for siblings and friends never really have any issues and the on time i did customer service was really helpful.

digital order a playstation card for my son been waiting for over 3 hours for it to be sent -- now truing to get some support from customer service 8 minute wait . I could of driven to the store 10 times by now

I am not a fan of putting my credit card into the game where my kids can purchase anything so these gift cards are convenient

When my children ask me for one I don’t need to go to the store. I do on line and digital card. That is an easy way for me on busy days

I really wish you could buy Controllers with these or physical copies. You can only buy digital copies with this.

Not a review of the product but Best Buy in general. Every other retailer that allows the purchase of digital gift card will deliver it instantly. Wish I had gone to the Q and A portion of the product info before purchasing because it seems like an ongoing issue. I could have driven to the store and back and been done with my downloads already if I didnt purchase it digitally.

There is not much to say about this product since it is a gift card, However, after receiving points from my BestBuy purchases I was able to buy this product.

Delivery was very quick and code works on PSN with no issues. Easy way to add money to your account or send to someone as a gift.

My little brother is hard to shop for but he likes to play and buys most of his game’s digitally. This was a great gift for him.
