I’ve bought rhe giftcard on other accounts and it’s worked out fine. But its been over 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten the email

Honestly don't recommend buying this if you think you are going to get it first thing. It has been 5 hours since I made my purchase and still haven't received my code. I mean how long does it take to send a digital code? I'm not tryna hate on best buy because I actually like going here but this is kinda crazy if you ask me.

Can not believe that on the bottom it says after purchase it will send right away, and it never did, this is trash especially how fast it is to go elsewhere

You may or may not receive the code instantly. Best Buy says “Usually in less than 30 minutes” The word Usually should be changed to Rarely. I paid $100 to wait. I’m gonna be like that old lady in Titanic who said “It’s been 84 years” when I finally get my code. I’ve been scammed by Best Buy. No longer shopping at Best Buy ever again.

It shouldn't take more than a day to get my gift card

Ordered 4 hours ago. No email. Checked all folders. Order page just says "order received" so it actually hasn't been sent. How can this happen with a digital item? I don't think Sony would be happy that you are a verified seller of PSN cards and you could keep people waiting this long. Anyone thinking it's safe to buy these if you need it quickly, I would not do it.

Couldn't even get the code. They said it would arrive within 48 hours but still never got anything. Ended up getting a refund but had to talk to 4 different people before I could get anything done about it. Just get one from the store, it'll save you time.

Incompetent company hasn't sent my order and it's been over 48 hours. Spoke with multiple different people and NO HELP.

Do not buy this from best buy if you expect fast delivery of code to your email. Customer service told me it would take 24-48 hours to receive the code. Better to order off Amazon, at least the card will get delivered to your house faster.

Its been days and Ive still yet to get it. Customer service is horrible and extremely slow. Honestly avoid this horrible company :).

I can't speak for everyone buying this product. But the description says that you should be getting an email in 30 mins, so a person would wait for about three hours. THEY TOOK 19 HOURS TO FINALLY CANCEL MY ORDER. If they had canceled it within the three hours marked I would not have been disappointed, but if they made me wait a whole day for something that should take 30mins, then they get the one star. >=(

Awful wait time, You’re better off going to the store getting a card, then go to a movie, stay for the credits, visit your parents in a different stay, go on a date, get engaged, get married, and use the card right before you die of old age.

Its been a day and a half still dont have the card. Called best buy support twice and went in to best buy and it was no help.

I been wait for a while like 2 hours still didn’t get the psn code though it was saying it was going to be here like less than 10 minutes so I hope if anyone gets this card it will send the code to u happily.

19 hours and going for my order. Contacted Customer support 2x both saying well wait some more.... This is after I call and lady picks up phone sets it on the desk and continues her in office conversation I was privy too for 6 mins before I hung up.

It’s not instant when literally everywhere else it is??? It’s a digital card how is it that hard to do.
