havent received code yet and been some minutes, Food wasnt good, slow, staff was rude

Been waiting for the PlayStation card and havent got it.

I ordered my card 13 hours ago thinking it would be a fadt process, still havent received a code. Theres no reason it should take this long to get a digital code

Ive been waiting all day for this item. Ive called 3 times and every time i get told a different answer. Will i receive it? Probably not.

Had to call customer service because it didn’t come within 24 hours just for them to tell me i had to wait and extra 24 to 48 hours for it to come

What a poor experience. Why on earth would it take days for a digital gift card to be available? I am irate right now with Best Buy. Do yourself a favor and purchase it from Amazon. It's available IMMEDIATELY. Dont waste your time on the best buy website. What a disappointing experience.

Takes over two hours just to send me a code. CRAZY

This my first bad review I always had good service on line with get my psn digital in like less than a hr I ordered them at 12pm and it is almost 8pm

kinda sad cause its been 4hours and i have not recieved my e gift card :( when it says it could take up to 4 hours. last time i did a digital card purchase it took 5 minutes to recieve but this time its taking way longer than i expected.
