THE DIGITAL DEPARTMENT

All they had to do was tell me to cancel the order and reorder and change my billing address on best buy app. No way should there be coworkers telling other coworkers they were "lying" to a customer horrible online experience. Thanks to the manager of the digital department he single handedly helped me resolve my problem.
