Moving up from a 61 led 1080 p that was starting to lose some of the leds. I spent days looking at reviews before I settled on the 65 inch which I purchased, I am very pleased with the picture quality

Bought this TV with high expectation, picture looks really great, but couldn't stand the light bleed, returned the tv, planning to stay away from Sony TVs.

I love this TV. Picture quality is amazing. Plus it is so thin. I purchased the sound bar also a great decision. While the sound of the TV was fine the addition of the bar sends it over the edge!

I've had a chance to watch the Superbowl, Daytona race & just other movies, etc. The picture is so clear you can see the makeup on the actors & details on scenery that is incredible. Love it!!!!!

We wanted this TV before the price dropped; then we grabbed the opportunity. Truly phenomenal picture and state of the art technology. We've stayed with Sony and have never been disappointed.

I put this tv together with a Xbox one S. The 4K is amazing. I love everything about this tv. I use a sound bar so I'm not sure about its speakers but the picture is beautiful. Two remotes, one standard and another touchpad remote. Works nice with the smart tv application. I also use the 4K Netflix service. This does not impress me much but I think it is my internet service not the tv. Sony has always made a solid tv, I'm very glad I got this one.

Wanted a plasma however this is a very good substitute in my opinion. Love the sharpness and color definition.

Excellent picture and so far absolutely no problem save one ! The apps seem to have some problems with Sony's software so sometimes they won't work. The fix is very simple but still annoying.

The thin size of this TV Is awesome. The picture is great. You may not be able to use the wall mount that comes with the TV depending on the location on the wall. We had to buy another wall mount. Since SONY operates on the android system you cannot interface with IOS. The light bleed is doable. After a months the price decreased so I couldn't get a price adjustment. Overall ok tv is it worth your 3k after tax and insurance idk it's up to you.

I was concerned with the negative reviews about the "bleeding issue" but was assured by Best Buy personnel that there have been no complaints and returns in the past few weeks. I am pleased to report that my TV has absolutely no issues with the picture and in fact, the picture is the best I have ever seen. Out of the box, the settings are very good and can be tweaked to your desired settings but it is really not necessary. My friends were amazed during super Bowl as the tv was set to "live football" and it felt like we were on the field with the players. Don't hesitate to purchase -you will not be disappointed. Excellent value for a very high quality TV

I spent some time reading the reviews online before making this purchase and have been well satisfied with the performance of the TV. I have owned Sony tvs for about 20 years and they have always met my expectations in a tv's performance.

Beautiful tv, thin, awesome looking, but light bleed is too distracting. Returned tv for Samsung 8500 and never looked back - awesome tv by the way. I've owned two Sony xbr models before and loved them! Don't know why this model came up short.

I enjoy this new TV.. It is the best TV I have ever bought. Great color, 3D is very cool, easy to set up. I have told all my friends and some have gone out and bought the same TV....

I saw this TV at the 2015 CES Show is Las Vegas. The only thing I remember from it was how Sony was Boasting that it is the Thinnest TV on the Marketplace. I didn't think much of it or cared too much, because I had purchased the Samsung F8000 65" TV a year before and was very happy, until a month later, The Samsung died on me, and luckily I had the 5 year Geek Squad Protection. So Best Buy gave me Store Credit to Buy a New TV. OBTW, this was the 2nd Samsung TV that died on me. So I did my homework and decided to go from January till July 19th to wait for the Sony 900 65" to be released. In the mean time, I was using my Samsung 46" 60 Hz TV that I bought for $3,500 10 years ago. Believe me, I had a lot of Patience to do that. So on July 19th, the first day I could buy it, I bought it and was VERY EXCITED!!!! So Best Buy came out mounted it and set it up to my surround sound system. Had to wait for an hour or so for the TV to do the System Update. So FINALLY, My Time to Play!!!! I am a Gamer, so I put on Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag on my Xbox One. It loads up and Next thing I see is Light is Bleeding from the Corners Well I was on the waiting list for the x900C 65" TV for 3 weeks with my local TV dealer... so excited to get this seemingly wonderful set for many reasons that I was looking for... it finally comes at a very steep price (which was OK, I was prepared to pay a premium for what I thought was a premium TV) and I get it all set up only to find both left and right edges (pictures attached) are completely washed out with light bleed.

I read the reviews before purchasing this TV I must say Sony must have fixed the black light issue because I'm not having an issue with that the TV is crystal clear and sharp just like the LG oled! It is very thin so be careful cause it's fragile, but other That it's a real find TV , 4K is awesome and so is the 3-D ,Internet TV comes in the real sharp 4K too I think it's great I really got a good deal on the price to .

Small light bleed on one of the corners. Delivery was mediocre at best. They were late and did the absolute minimum for installation. They forgot the haul away and had to come back.

I love this new tv. Picture quality is perfect. Design is beautiful. Price blew my mind away.

Ready to jump into the 4K tv market with new tv went to Best Buy with family standing in the Showroom comparing tv's between Samsung, Sony, and Vizio the sale rep came over and asked what our viewing needs were, and told him movies, games and little bit of tv mostly The Walking Dead he said great the well we have the Sony 900C and it was the best performer color and 4K upscale wise between the models we were considering. Reading a lot user reviews I asked the sales rep had Sony corrected the backlight issues. The Rep stated he used to be a Sony Rep and Sony had corrected the issue which would go along the lines of some of the later users reviews. So we decided to purchase the Tv. Oh boy what a mistakes the black levels were terrible due to the uneven backlight system and clouding also. SO DISAPPOINTED! I will give Sony credit the tv is beautifully designed very thin and attractive and the 4K did look awesome, but coming from plasma this tv was unacceptable. I tossed it in the box the same night it was delievered and took it back to Best Buy and bought the Vizio 2016 P series and couldn't be happier. If you must buy a Sony look at the 850c or 940d stay far away from the 900c not worth the trouble!

I had bought this TV earlier but returned due to excessive light bleeding although I really like the picture quality. I took a chance to purchace a different one but the same model, I was lucky that this has better quality with only slight light bleeding. I am happy with it

Very pleased with tv and all the apps included, wish the remote didn't need a clear pathway to tv, sometimes I have stuff in the way and I have to lift the remote above it.
