Excellent picture, smart functions, and extremely lightweight. Scary to handle because it feels flimsy. Sound quality average.

I bought this tv for my father an Vietnam veteran that's bed ridden. Great picture & sound. Just a bit too much on navigating and set up. A bit to complex for any beginners.

This TV has everything, great watching sports, great gaming TV and also has 3D. I would not recommend this TV if you have a small living room. The remote is easy to operate. The TV is paper thin and looks really good. I get a ton of compliments on the look and the picture quality. The upscale to 4K gives stunning colors.

Just love it! So happy we purchased this beautiful TV. It is very slim, very thin, and modern. Picture is beautiful. My husband and I removed TV from box. We were surprised how light weight it was. We like that the black frame edges are thin and not bold thick. The feets are easy to install and two ways to install them. Various wire connections located on the back along with covers boards to cover wiring. Easy to understand remote and easy to install components. Highly recommended.

Nice and thin, plays great. Quality is amazing it looks like you can just jump inside the tv and start acting with the cast.

Great in bright rooms. Great picture. Some light bleed from edges. Good side view. Do your homework first. Color is perfect.

We had a Sony 60" before upgrading to the 65". We didn't expect much difference, other than the slightly increased size. We were pleasantly surprised by the vivid color and clarity of the TV. We see colors and shading variations that we didn't see on our old 1080 set. The 4K Ultra HD does make a noticeable difference over 1080, Would highly recommend this TV to others.

I have always bought either Sony or Samsung TVs because of their quality and reliability. This TV is no different. I'm by no means an expert on the inner workings or hidden mechanisms of this TV set, but I did read several other buyers ratings before I purchased it. Actually, I went to buy the model below this one, same size, but the price on this one was only $300 dollars more and it was on sale for a spectacular price, so I got this one. A few days later, I noticed an add from Best Buy that the price had been lowered another $200 so I went back and got a refund of the $200. I have found that the TV was easy to set up, get connected to my surround sound system and other devices. Now for a 73 year old non-technical person, that was a thing to be proud of. My wife has signed up for many of the options available through the internet and is very satisfied. It has a great picture, is truly large, and does everything we've expected and asked it to do. We're happy with the TV and will continue to use Best Buy for our electronics needs.

I bought this item as a replacement for my old DLP 1080P TV that I bought 10 years prior. All I can say is WOW, what a TV!!!!!. 4K is as sharp as I could ever imagine, 3D looks awesome. The built in apps are great. It is a technical TV, so if you are not very electronic savvy, you may want to think twice on this one. You have to have a bit of understanding to set this thing up and customize it. If I had one complaint about it is the sound really sucks. You will want to install a sound bar or maybe go all out and hook up a good surround sound system. I have a 600W surround sound system by SONY, and a SONY PS3 (that doubles as my 3D DVD player) and when I kick the amp on, I don't experience this good of sound in a movie theater. By the way, if you have the PS3 remote it will operate all your Sony devices including this TV. Overall, I'm not regretting buying this crown jewel of my living room, and I am quite proud of it. If you want a good, reliable, clear TV crammed packed with goodies, bells and whistles.....buy it, and buy it today.

You can't go wrong with this TV. Beautiful big picture, with lots of color and plenty available applications.

This wasn't my first choice when going into Best Buy but ended up leaving with it and was pleasantly surprised. Has an outstanding picture and looks so sleek in our entertainment system. Makes me want to buy another for the bedroom but I wasn't allowed. No complaints. Everything works as advertised.

I love the TV, great picture. I added Sonos powerbar and speakers, really great watching movies and football!

Great clear picture. Sound bar not necessary - audio is excellent. Not sure yet about which remote to use.

Wasn't really sure about this TV being so thin but once I got it mounted up on the wall it is spectacular

Bought this TV at the recommendation of a Best Buy employee. I couldn't be happier. The picture quality is amazing. The apps and functions are flawless. There is a tiny bit of light bleed around the edges. It is not a problem at all. I highly recommend this TV and Best Buy's service.

If you notice lightbleed beware from reviews which I read a lot about, some do some don't. But I returned this and decided to go with a JS9000
