Spent a lot of time deciding whether to get OLED, LED, LCD, etc. and really happy with the Sony LED. Also wavered on the usefulness of 4k, but glad I got it. A high quality HDMI cable is a must and using the settings to optimize the picture takes a while, but once done it is truly exceptional picture quality. Also glad I went with the 65"... at the upper end of sizes recommended for our viewing distance. The picture isn't grainy at all from about 4' back and we sit between 8-11' most of the time. Really, really impressed with Sony quality and this picture in particular. My ONLY beef is with the legs. I need to use the mid-platform option because my cabinet/stand is fairly narrow... and they legs don't sit straight. But if used at the end they are fine. But that's a very small complaint. Sounds is good, but we're looking forward to getting a sound bar soon with our rebate.

I researched this online, read the reviews, was all set to get the Sony 810C, however, when I went to the store, the picture on this model sold me. I have not been disappointed. Quality of the picture is outstanding. Even the sound was pretty good, and when I connected my surround sound...who needs a movie theater? I have had the TV for about a month and never regretted it for a minute.

Beautiful picture on a screen that appears ''borderless". this is our second Sony XBR, the first being a 46" that's 9 years old and still works and looks great.

Very good TV for the price. This was recommended by a Best Buy representative and I was concerned because of poor ratings. Turned out to be an excellent purchase!

Great picture and sound. So nice and thin. It's great to watch movies at home.

Need help with network setup. Great picture quality. Would buy again. Should allow more than 15 days for price match.

Colors are bright and vibrant, picture is excellent, very clear, I like the sixty-five inch picture, fits in a nice size living room. Not to big and not too small.

My Sony 4K TV is great. I've had my Sony for about a year now & the TV is going strong. You can really tell the difference between regular TV and 4K TV. Netflix or any of the other apps you can get for the TV from Google Play runs great. I always suggest to people to hardwire their Internet connection, it runs faster. My previous TV was a Sony and it's still working good to this day, it was just outdated. The only difference is getting used to using the remote, it's like using the mouse on a laptop, it gives you access to numerous options without all the stupid buttons. Not only my previous experience was Sony, I like the fact that it pairs with my PlayStation & turns on, or turn to that HDMI input, when I turn on the PlayStation. The only minor complaint I have is pairing the TV with my cable box. I had to use the infrared sensors (IR), that comes with it to control the cable & my older 5.1 Surround Sound stereo. Sometimes the IR for the cable box goes haywire and I have to restart the TV to get it working properly. It only takes two min. to restart. I'm hoping they have an update that I'll fix it. That is the only small complaint I have, otherwise the TV is working great and I'm in enjoying it immensely. FYI I mounted my TV on the stands, it has 2 inner & 2 outer stand mounts, so you can fit it on a smaller counter.

I absolutely love this TV. The contrast on the screen is amazing and everything is displayed so vividly. We bought this product for our main room and it hasn't disappointed. All of our guests comment on how clear the picture is. I haven't used many of the apps available on the TV as I already have an Apple TV, but they could be extremely useful if I didn't have it.

It's a great tv really is everything I want it to do the only thing is I do experience a little bit of light bleed but not to bad at all but I love this tv.

Great TV for 18 months, then started showing ghosts images across the entire screen. Watchable, but distracting and unsatisfactory.

I had read the reviews for this TV and the comments that were made about the light bleed. Although I was guaranteed by the store associate this issue was resolved by Sony it was not. It was extremely noticeable especially when watching the TV at night. I also ran into issues trying to access the apps..the Screen would freeze up. I exchanged this for the 65" LG OLED.
