A Great TV

All else looked great and it was on sale. I had it delivered and was really pleased. There was no edge bleed on the model. I can not say enough about this unit (although it appears that it is no longer available at Best Buy. The picture is great in 4K, 3-D, 1080P and 720. I also like working with Best Buy. They have worked with me in the past on returns and replacements. Very pleased with my new Sony and working with Best Buy.

The smart features are incredibly easy to use and touch remote is simple. If you need access to A/V ports you WILL need a 3rd party wall mount as the one that comes with tv will not give you enough room from the wall to plug jacks in. HDMI ports are on side so they are easy to reach. Also if you have young kids, you'll probably want a safer wall mount than what comes with tv as locking mechanism is easy to get loose. Overall an amazing tv & I highly recommend!

The only thing about getting 4K is the hassle of upgrading to 4K channels .. And there's only a couple of channel that have 4K features. Other than that, it's very thin and nice!

Happened a few more times so I unplugged it. Came home that night and powered it on and it kept giving me error messages, saying "unfortunately XXX (random) app has stopped working". The Sony blog suggested this was a known problem and listed a number of fixes, none of which worked. Now the thing doesn't even turn on. Had my last Sony for 13 years with no problems. Tech coming out in two days to have a look. I'm still paying for this thing, but will stop payments if I don't get a satisfactory resolution.

It has an issue to connect to the internet even when resetting. We’re looking forward to resolving the matter with “the tech expertise”. In 2009 i bought at Best Buy a Samsung Tv 50’, which it’s still functional and running perfectly with no issues of any kind.... So I don’t know if would recommend this “high technology TVs” of nowadays. I’m on the fence.. maybe, Try your own luck at it.

Only downside is the slight light bleeding issue but it's not distracting enough to complain. Love the 3D functionality.
