Waited 1 1/2 weeks for Geek Squad to arrive to be told a part needs to be ordered which will take another 1 1/2 weeks. The geek squad tech said the 800 # should have ordered the part the first time we called. HORRIBLE customers service. Total run around. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to fix my tv when I paid for 5 years of geek squad service. Local store manager said they can't do anything about how long it takes. I will never buy another product from Best Buy. I have froze my credit card.

This is the replacement for the first one that went bad. I was so upset with best buy that I did not respond to the follow up surveys because I don't think they really care. The set locked us out five times today.
