i like the colors thequality only i dont see much the the 3d system but is really goodthe sound it has many things to see

I've had this TV for a couple of weeks now and have found it great for my needs. I use it primarily use it to watch YouTube and TV shows on DVD or Apple TV. The picture on YouTube is absolutely stunning and looks great on everything else as well. As a lot of the other reviews have pointed out, it does have some light bleed along the edges of the screen. It is only really noticeable with a very dark scene or with black bars and is most noticeable in a very dark room. It is less noticeable with the lights on. The blacks aren't the best so if you are videophile, you might prefer a different TV.

I gave this tv a shot but the light bleeding is way too noticeable if you watch movies, so I bought the 850d and I absolutely love it no more light bleeding, save yourself the hassle of exchanging this one and go directly for the 850d you will not regret it.

If you read the reviews on this TV you know that it has some light bleed problems. This has led to steep discounts. I am happy to say my example has little if any problems in this area so far and for the record all edge lit Led TV will have some ligh bleed problems its the nature of the beast. Small price to pay for the excellent black levels and gray scale performance it provides. My previous TV was a Samsung Plazma so when I say this TV has a fantastic picture that is my point of reference. The sound quality is surprisingly good all though volumn is not very high but fine for grneral us and dialoge is very clear and easy to understand. Internet connection was easy and the aps work fine. Streams Netflix and youtube better then my Ruko 2 and the picture quality is better as well.

DO NOT BUY this Sony TV. The light-bleed problem is horrible and the TV is worthless. The sales person omitted to tell us anything about the light-bleed.

Everything sounded good about the TV. RTINGS said online there was a problem will serial numbers under 5002237.(there was light bleeding from the corners I told the Best Buy salesman about the problem and he said no they had fixed problem. I got home and I turned the TV on and there's light bleed from the corners.Great TV but they're not disclosing the fact there is still a problem got the TV July 2, 2016 don't know whether to get a refund or see if I can get lucky or possibly pull 1 out of the large inventory that they have Sony xbr65x900

Bought this TV about 1 month ago and it has been great! I haven't had any of the light bleed issues that others have experienced. TV looks great and the wall mount that comes with it is also great.

This is my second 65x900c TV , the first had a very bad bleeding so end UP returning . Been reading reviews saying new model have less bleeding so I decided to take a gamble and hope that the next one have less issue, bought a new one last week but with same issue, I think Sony never fixed the bleeding issue they just lower the price so they Can Get rid Of this model.. From a very TOP end campany/ brand all they Can do is lower the price And Not fixing the problem.. You have been warned Buy at Ur own risk!!!

Love this tv.....However there is a lot of light bleed. All in all pretty solid tv.

We bought this TV on New Years Eve, after a few hours of not successful power up, we call Sony Technical Support only to find out that the Unit is defective STRAIGHT FROM THE BOX.. Next day we call Best Buy ! Best Buy recommendation?? Bring it back to the store and you may get another one (what? is this a joke). May I add this is a very large box. They would not do anything to help ( 0 ), not even pick this defective unit up

Bought last night, brought home has the light issue around edges. Needless to say waste of $2299. Going back today

I think it's hilarious how Sony will leave those little messages at the bottom of reviews acting all concerned. They don't care about their customers after they spend their money. I've gone through numerous Sony 4k tvs and all were defected. Switching to Samsung and never giving Sony another dime

This will not mount flush to your wall. Instruction book recommends a pocket in the wall to accommodate the wires. When we wall mounted with the supplied bracket it is one inch closer to top of wall and bottoms over a inch out due to the wires. The DVD player we unhooked as the wires made the TV stick out on bottom almost two inches more than top! YOU HAVE TO CUT A TROUGH POCKET IN WALL IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE BAD DESIGN OF WIRE PLACEMENT IN TV UNIT. VERY DECEIPTIVE ADVERTISING HOW CLOSE MOUNT IS TO WALL BUT NOT TELLING YOU YOUR WIRE HOOK UPS WILL PUSH YOUR TV AWAY FROM WALL. This will not lay flush without cutting major pockets for wires. NEVER WILL BUY ANOTHER SONY. OVERALL WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR PICTURE QUALITY ALSO NOT AS GOOD AS SAMSUNG!

The resolution of the TV with its Lifeline colors has been Superior over other devices. The 4K upscaling when watching low resolution picture has improved images from 480p 1080p up to a nice suitable picture quality on the 4K. The Android box that is built into the TV with the user Services is more than a plus.

TV quality was good, sound was weak had to invest in a BOSE surround sound. TV only lasted seven years before red light came on and deemed un fixable. Didn’t get my $$ worth.

Let me start out by saying I bought a 55" Samsung 8500 series and that tv was awesome in everyway except for the silver bezel so I decided to go bigger to a 65" and can't afford the Samsung 8500 in 65" so I went for the Sony 900C and what a huge mistake thank god I have 15 days to return. I did read about the light bleed problem that was supposedly fixed in Nov. but not the case horrible light bleed problem and the so called smart remote stopped working in 2 days and the smart tv wifi doesn't even connect to the Internet no Netflix here, last but not least when sound bar is on sound cuts out every minute or so and its a Sony soundbar. What a piece of junk not only the most expensive electronic item I have bought but the worst quality. I highly recommend looking at other brands. Sony has gone way downhill. These should all be taken off the shelfs and recalled.

The Sony 65" 900c is the best purchase I've ever done, I was reading some negative review about light bleed, I did some research on it and you people need to read your facts before writing reviews. The Sony has no light bleed it projects from the bottom, that's where the light comes from its normal!. Also, the TV is great for gaming with the No Lag input engine integrated. The 3d is also amazing. I'm thinking of buying 2 more.

I am extremely disappointed in this tv. The tv is already getting pixel type dots and it continues to unlink itself from the touchpad remote. I can't believe I paid over $3K for this.
