some difficulty in setup

I have alpha numeric password but remote did not have letters. Went back to store and associate told me how to use enter key on empty screen to pull up a keyboard on the display. After that no problems at all. Still learning about all the features TV has to offer.

Great Picture with some work

It took me a lot of time and effort to get the picture just right. It's not that great out of the box. After spending a great deal of time online, and adjusting maybe 75 settings, the picture looks great. The only downfall is the refresh rate. It can't touch my Panasonic Plasma that it replaced. Scrolling words across the bottom often seem jittery.

Pretty good picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a bit discouraged when I first got the TV, because the picture seemed not very clear.But then I figured out it was the streaming device.which I've tried a couple different ones and have had a hard time coming up with one that seems alright. I think the TV has a good picture I think it was just the streaming device that made things look fuzzy.

One drawback
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Smart TV but at this price you would think that they would include an out for RCA plugs. I have an older style surround sound system that still works great, but does not have an digital optic or HDMI connection and needs RCA audio plugs. And adapter is needed to make it work and it eliminates the back side of the surround sound. Seems to me that it should have a way to work without buying a whole new surround system.
