We were a little nervous because it was an open box but there are no problems with the television. There were no instructions in the box which was the only negative but by going on line we found the information we needed.

I wasn't even considering this one. He sold me on the upscaler and I couldn't be happier. We have had the set for a month and it still blows me away. We watched movies from the 80s and they look like they were made this year.

They're all great. I made this Sony my bedroom TV. It's an excellent addition and has everything I need. It streams channels fine, has a great built-in guide and WiFi, apps, and HDMI for my Fire TV and CCTV.

I went in to buy a samsung model, but after seeing both the samsung and Sony, Sony was the way to go. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that when connected to a home theater, there is no way to turn off the volume bar on the TV. I now have two volume bars, one for the TV and one from the receiver. Minor problem, just wish that I could turn it off. Very happy with the purchase.

The 4K picture is outstanding. Bright colors and the darkest dark. The only regret I have is not putting out the extra bucks for the 75" instead of the 65".
