Love the size and picture quality. Have had some sound problems

Great and clear picture. Sound quality okay, but added a sound bar for better sound.

Great picture. Only issue is Netflix and Hulu require frequent restarts to play

I have had this TV going on 2 months now and have had zero issues. Previous unit was a 50" Panasonic Plasma and was very skeptical that the Sony 4k would out perform the darks of the Panasonic but to my surprise I was wrong. Also, I have run into any pixelating issues. Very satisfied!

Went in to buy 55" TV and came out with a 65" 4K UHD Sony, and glad I did. Picture quality is fantastic, my wife & I can't get over the quality. Hooked up to my theater system and it is like we are at the movies (without the high cost of popcorn). Still learning all the smart features.

I already had the 55" version of this TV in my man cave, but then the wife decided she would like it downstairs. Luckily we agreed to replace it with a 65" up in the cave. The built in apps make it very easy to use Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Obviously very pleased since we have two!

So far I've been very happy with the performance of the tv itself. I need to customize the color levels, but out of box wasn't bad. The main problem has been the apps. Netflix gave me some problems. Hulu has hung up a lot. In some cases the same commercial every break causes problems. It is not like this on our AppleTV. The reliability of these apps are my only real complaint so far.

Purchased this tv for the downstairs sports bar. Love it, great picture and quality.

The motion rate is good, and blue ray disks look amazing. My biggest complaint is there is dark clouding around the frame of the tv when the picture is bright. Ex. the blue/white sky across the top of the picture isn't lit evenly and dark clouds appear along the top where the screen meets the frame. Can't spend that kind of money and have an unevenly lit picture, so I returned the tv.

Awesome picture. The sound some times goes way down when a commercial comes on.

Love the 4k tv. I have a android and is compatible through my Google play.

Understand that I upgraded from a 720 50" Plasma so this TV is much better. The reason for my 4 stars is that you can save money and buy the model down from this one and get the same results. I do not play video games on my TV, just watch movies and tv shows so that might affect your decision. Overall, excellent TV but probably could have saved some money and purchased the lower model.

The TV was all it was advertised to be and more. Easy set-up and works great.

Needed to upgrade my old tv and bought this one. Great picture and great sound

Looking for a tv that wouldn't be obsolete in a few months. After some research and asking around seems like this one should remain top of the line for a whiles. Great features. Only critique would be I which a future software upgrade will make it easier to mirror from an iPhone.

Great TV for the price. If you have the extra money go for the higher end model.

I purchased the Sony 850 in the 65 inch size. I got a great open box deal on it and couldn't resist. The tv is loaded with all the features I wanted including 4K HDR and a beautiful frame. I had purchased the Visio p series and exchanged it for this. The blacks in the P series were amazing but I couldn't pass this deal up. Overall it is a great TV but I wouldn't pay retail for it.

I got this with my full-motion wall mount in my bedroom, and it's absolutely awesome! I have a Samsung in my living room, Vizio in my man cave, and this Sony in my bedroom. It's a perfect setup and I couldn't have asked for anything better. And I got everything from Best Buy!
