Like Sony products and the tv screen is beautiful. Lousy speakers, luckily we connected the tv to our home theatre surround sound system. Worst part was/is the tv is off by 1/2 inch in being level. Sitting on a perfectly level cabinet, the tv is tilted to one side, making me "shim" one side of the stand. There are no stand leveling adjustments on this tv - lousy design.

TV has good picture. Sound bar has good sound.Installer did a great job.

This TV has exceeded my expectations. The picture is amazing and the setup was so easy. Was going to buy a Vizio product but glad I talked to the sales associate. This TV was the better purchase. The colors in the picture are by far the greatest I have ever seen

Beautiful color and functionality options. Easy to maneuver through the functions. The only complaint I have is the remote. The channel changing arrows are located inside a small area that is surrounded by multiple functions and it is easy to press the other commands.

This Sony has a great picture and I'm really pleased with my purchase!

This is a very nice TV. The color is fantastic when watching a movie however, I had considered returning it and getting the next series up. Coming from a plasma TV to this, I should have gone with the full array back lit instead of the one that's in this model. Don't get me wrong, the value of this TV is worth it and it's 500-700 less than the next series up.

I read reviews of many TVs then went to the store to see them for real. I need something to handle a bright room and off-center viewing but I also am into home theater a bit and watch a dark-room movie once or twice a week. I have Pioneer Elite plasmas in my other home. What I need is an LG OLED but their prices were sky-high - $700 above Black Friday. So I tried the Sony 850D - great price, IPS glass for good off-angle views. The picture in mid toi bright lights was great. Everything else was good (motion, yadda yadda). Problem was in a dark room (which you cannot see at the store) - looked like a spotlight from the lower right corner and a couple more in other places. So not only were the blacks bad but the grey consistency was terrible. Really terrible, very annoying while watching. We ended up turning lights back on. So I took the unit back (and was amazed how poorly the store personnel treated it - I was very careful to unpack then repack it like new.). I'll wait for the OLED prices to drop again.

I am achieving previously unimaginable levels of laziness as I wantonly cast myself lengthwise across my sofa in true Jabba The Hutt fashion and delve blissfully into the celestial nirvana of Netflix binge stupors. I think I'm starting to get a tan from my tv.

The picture quality on this TV is fantastic, Sound and color quality have many options and combinations that they can satisfy any one. The smart TV is great and Really love that it can be part of the home network and share pictures and videos.

Moved up from a 32" to this 65"... so obviously it looks great. However, I spent time researching, and two of the staff spent a lot of time with me in the store. It was a great choice. So far, I have had 3 people over, and 3 of them commented on how crisp the picture is. It's a smart TV, so far smarter than me, and will take a few months to use all the features.

This tv was purchased to replace an older model that was damaged in a power surge. We chose to stick with Sony because we had been so pleased with our previous television. So far we are not disappointed in our choice. Simple to navigate and generally user friendly.

The big screen TV, wall mount, and sound bar were just what we needed for our living room. The Ultra HD TV is great both for sports and for videos to be shown to the young and old, alike. I would recommend both the products and the store service to anyone who asks.
